LH-HPDC 800T Aluminum LED Light Die Casting Machine Manufacturing

The LH-HPDC 800T is a fully automatic cold-chamber die casting machine designed for high-precision, high-volume production of aluminum parts, especially LED lighting components and motorcycle accessories, for foundry applications.

It uses cold-chamber die casting technology with a PLC-based control system for automated operation and process control.

Standard electrical supply is 380V and the machine's installed power is 22 kW. Three-phase supply and proper grounding are required.

The machine dimensions are approximately 8.4 m (L) × 2.5 m (W) × 3 m (H) and the machine weight is about 38,000 kg; a suitable foundation and lifting equipment are required for installation.

The machine accepts die blocks with thickness between 400 mm (minimum) and 950 mm (maximum).

Ejection force is 315 kN with an ejection stroke of 180 mm, suitable for a wide range of part sizes and ejection requirements.

It is primarily designed for aluminum and aluminum alloys used in LED lighting and automotive/motorcycle components. Non-ferrous materials such as brass or magnesium may be possible depending on tooling and process parameters—consult the manufacturer for compatibility.

Yes. Color and some configuration options can be customized. Additional options or custom tooling may be available to meet specific production needs—discuss requirements with the supplier.

The machine is full-auto and controlled by a PLC for process sequencing, monitoring, and integration with peripheral equipment; operator interface and programmable parameters are provided for consistent operation.

Comprehensive factory testing is performed, including video inspection of operations. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and demonstration runs can be arranged prior to shipment.

The machine is supplied with standard industrial safety provisions (safety guards, emergency stop, interlocks). Operators should receive training on safe operation, lockout/tagout, and maintenance procedures; site-specific guarding and compliance with local safety regulations may be required.

The machine is designed with energy-saving features to reduce operating costs; actual energy consumption depends on production rates, cycle time, and peripheral equipment. For detailed power consumption estimates, request an application-specific calculation.

Routine preventive maintenance (hydraulics, lubrication, filters, electrical checks) is recommended. Genuine spare parts and service contracts are typically available from the manufacturer or authorized agents—contact them for parts lists and service agreements.

Typical applications include producing aluminum parts for LED lighting systems, motorcycle accessories, and other foundry-produced non-ferrous components where high volume and repeatable quality are required.

Cycle time and production capacity depend on part geometry, shot weight, die design, cooling and machine settings. Provide part drawings, target alloy, and expected output to the supplier for a detailed feasibility study and estimated cycle times.
