LG Series Fully Automatic Variable Frequency Fabric Stripping and Dewatering Machine Drying Equipment

It is a fully automatic drying and dewatering machine designed for fabric stripping, dewatering and related industrial drying applications. It features variable frequency control for energy-efficient operation, a high safety level, and an eco-friendly design.

Multiple motor power options are available: 4 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, 11 kW, 11.5 kW, 15 kW, 18.5 kW, 22 kW, and 30 kW. Choose the rating that best fits your process requirements.

The machine is specified for 380V supply. Please confirm whether this should be three-phase in your region and ensure proper electrical installation by a qualified electrician.

Overall dimensions are 1380 mm (L) × 1400 mm (W) × 960 mm (H). The listed weight is approximately 1000 kg.

The motor and associated drive components are core to the unit; the machine also includes the variable frequency drive and mechanical assemblies necessary for stripping and dewatering.

Yes — the LG Series is described as fully automatic to simplify operation. Typical automatic functions include automated process cycles and adjustable parameters via the control system; consult your supplier for full control-panel capabilities.

Variable frequency control lets you adjust motor speed and torque to match process needs, improving energy efficiency, reducing mechanical stress, and allowing finer control over dewatering and drying results.

The product is marketed with a high safety level. Common safety features typically provided include emergency stop, protective guards and electrical overload protection. For an exact list, request the machine's safety specification from the supplier.

Yes — the design emphasizes eco-friendly operation primarily through energy-efficient variable frequency control and optimized process design. Ask the manufacturer for specific environmental performance metrics relevant to your installation.

It is suitable for fabric dewatering and drying and is also intended for chemical processing and various other industrial applications. For delicate or specialty fabrics, process parameters may need adjustment—consult the supplier or application engineer.

Yes. The specification states that outgoing inspection and a machinery test report are provided with the machine.

Prepare a stable, level floor capable of supporting ~1000 kg, a compatible 380V electrical supply (confirm phase requirements), and appropriate space for the stated dimensions plus service access. Coordinate with the supplier for any drainage, exhaust or utility connections required.

Routine maintenance typically includes motor and drive inspections, cleaning, lubrication of moving parts, and checking electrical connections. For OEM spare parts, recommended service intervals and maintenance procedures, contact the supplier or authorized service center.

Customization is commonly available for industrial equipment to meet throughput, control, or integration requirements. Contact the manufacturer or your sales representative to discuss model selection, custom options, and engineering requirements.

For full technical specifications, measured performance (throughput, noise, water handling), warranty terms and any quality or safety certifications, request the product datasheet and certificates directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
