Leadtop Industrial Freeze Dryer Machine Pet Food & Freeze Dried Fruit & Vegetable Industrial Freeze Dried Machine

The LTDG-100 is an industrial freeze dryer designed to remove moisture from pet food, fruits and vegetables while preserving nutrients, flavor and structure. It is intended for commercial food-processing applications and production of freeze-dried snacks, ingredients and pet food.

Model: LTDG-100; Weight: 14,000 kg; Voltage: 380V/50Hz (three-phase); Power: 127 kW; Dimensions (L*W*H): 12,000 x 2,520 x 3,500 mm; Core components: PLC and motor; Brand: LTPM.

It is suitable for freeze-drying pet food, fruits, vegetables and similar food items. It is also appropriate for producing healthy, shelf-stable freeze-dried snacks and ingredients for food manufacturers.

Capacity depends on product type, initial moisture content, loading configuration and drying cycle. Industrial units like the LTDG-100 typically handle several hundred kilograms per batch. For precise throughput estimates for your product, provide sample product data to the factory for calculation or pilot testing.

Electrical requirement: 380V/50Hz (three-phase). Rated power is 127 kW — a stable three-phase supply with appropriate breakers and wiring is required. Additional utilities commonly needed include a suitable compressed air supply (if required by peripherals), drainage and adequate ventilation; site-specific requirements should be confirmed with Leadtop.

Overall dimensions are 12,000 x 2,520 x 3,500 mm and the machine weight is 14,000 kg. A reinforced concrete foundation or load-bearing floor is typically required. Site prep usually includes space for access and maintenance, appropriate power distribution, ventilation, drainage and floor-level access for loading/unloading.

The LTDG-100 uses an advanced PLC control system for automated and user-friendly operation. Typical operation includes setting drying programs, monitoring vacuum/temperature curves and starting/stopping cycles. Leadtop can provide operation manuals and operator training.

Leadtop offers installation and commissioning services (depending on contract), including on-site setup, system testing and adjustment. Operator and maintenance training can also be provided to ensure safe and efficient operation. Confirm details and any travel/onsite fees with your sales representative.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning product chambers and shelves, inspecting and replacing vacuum pump oil and filters per manufacturer intervals, checking seals and gaskets, verifying PLC and electrical connections, and periodic motor/service checks. A preventative maintenance schedule should be followed to ensure long service life.
