large laundry steam iron commercial industrial ironing machine

This is a large commercial/industrial flatwork steam ironer designed to press and finish large textile items (sheets, tablecloths, linens) quickly and efficiently for commercial laundries, hotels, hospitals and similar operations.

Key specs: size 4500×1250×1680 mm, weight 730 kg, voltage 380V, stainless steel housing, machine type: flatwork ironer. The product is sold under the brand LJpower.

The listing specifies a steam ironer but does not detail an integrated boiler. Many installations use an external steam source or optional built-in boiler—confirm with the supplier whether this model includes a boiler or requires external steam.

The machine is rated for 380V, which is typically three-phase industrial power. A certified electrician should confirm supply compatibility and perform proper wiring and grounding.

Cold water cleaning refers to the machine's filter or cloth cleaning process that uses cold water to remove lint and residues, helping maintain performance while reducing energy use compared with hot-water cycles.

Flatwork items such as sheets, pillowcases, tablecloths, napkins, uniforms and similar large textiles are ideal. It's designed for high-volume, continuous processing in commercial settings.

The machine footprint is approximately 4500×1250 mm and height 1680 mm. At 730 kg, it requires a stable, level floor capable of supporting the weight; some installations may need floor reinforcement—verify local building codes and consult the supplier for exact clearance and service access requirements.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning filters and cold-water cleaning cycles, inspecting and lubricating moving parts per the manual, checking steam and electrical connections, and replacing wear items. Regular preventative maintenance extends service life and keeps performance consistent.

Yes. The machine features a stainless steel housing for durability and corrosion resistance in commercial laundry environments.

Common safety measures include emergency stop buttons, guarding around rollers and conveyors, proper electrical grounding, pressure/temperature controls for steam systems, and operator training. Confirm the exact safety features supplied and add required local safety devices.

Throughput depends on item sizes, operator workflow and steam supply. The specification 'fast speed' indicates high-capacity operation, but for exact hourly or kg/hr throughput, request the performance data sheet or contact the manufacturer with your load profile.

Warranty and parts support vary by dealer and region. Contact LJpower or the authorized distributor for details on warranty length, included coverage and availability of spare parts and service contracts.

Yes. The machine is listed for applications including hospitals, restaurants and catering services. Ensure that the unit meets any specific local hygiene, safety and regulatory requirements for those sectors.

The machine emphasizes fast operation and low cost; stainless steel construction and the cold-water cleaning process can contribute to efficiency. For precise energy consumption (kW/hr) and steam usage, request the technical energy specifications from the supplier.

Operation and installation manuals are typically provided by the manufacturer or distributor. Ask LJpower or your vendor to supply digital or printed manuals, plus on-site commissioning and operator training if needed.
