No. This unit uses manual defrost, so periodic defrosting by the operator is required to remove ice buildup and maintain performance.

The freezer uses R290 (a hydrocarbon refrigerant). R290 is energy-efficient and has low global warming potential, but it is mildly flammable. Installation, servicing, and leak repairs should be performed by trained technicians following local safety codes.

The unit features a mechanical temperature control (simple thermostat) that allows you to set and regulate interior temperature manually.

This model is specified for 220V operation. Verify local voltage and circuit capacity before installation and have a qualified electrician perform the electrical hookup if needed.

Yes. The product carries CE and ISO9001 certifications, indicating compliance with relevant safety and quality management standards for commercial equipment.

Yes. The 1000-liter capacity, direct cooling and fast-freeze design make it well suited for ice cream and other frozen desserts, provided you follow best practices for loading and temperature management.

Defrost frequency depends on usage and frost buildup, but regular checks and defrosting when ice accumulates more than a few millimeters are recommended. Clean the interior with mild detergent and keep condenser coils dust-free for best performance.

Regular tasks include manual defrosting when needed, cleaning the interior, checking and replacing door gaskets if worn, cleaning condenser coils, and having a qualified technician inspect refrigerant lines and compressor periodically.
