The Matrix FDM-1000 is an industrial-grade FDM 3D printer designed for large-format production applications, including automotive inspection tools, sculptures, models, fixtures and inspection equipment. Its fully enclosed, double-door constant-temperature cabinet provides a 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm build volume.
The printer uses a Klipper high-speed system, closed-loop servo motor and linear industrial module. Print speeds are adjustable from 30 to 350 mm/s, while positioning accuracy is 0.011 mm on the XY axes and 0.0025 mm on the Z axis. A customised ball screw and aluminium platform support loads greater than 80 kg.
