Landscaping Professionals Used for Uneven Filed Stump Removal Machine Self-contained

The DR-SG-27PRO is a self-propelled, self-contained stump grinder built for removing stumps in uneven fields. It features a 27HP engine, adjustable cutter depths, multiple tooth options, and is intended for landscaping, forest care and site preparation.

The machine is powered by a 27HP engine, designed to provide the torque needed for effective stump grinding in a variety of conditions.

Self-propelled means the grinder has its own drive system (forward, reverse, neutral gears) so it can move across the work area without an external tractor. Self-contained means it has an onboard engine and systems required to operate independently.

Teeth options available are 8, 9 or 12 pieces. More teeth typically provide smoother cutting and faster coverage for larger or softer stumps, while fewer heavier teeth can be better for very hard or knotty wood. Choose based on stump size, wood hardness and desired removal speed.

The cutter depth is adjustable up to 700 mm above ground and can cut down 245 mm below ground to remove roots and the bulk of the stump.

Dimensions are 106 x 80 x 65 cm (L x W x H) and the unit weighs approximately 1,000 kg. Because of the weight, suitable transport equipment is required for loading and hauling.

Yes. The unit is designed for operation on uneven fields with a self-propelled drive and a stable base, but operators should assess slope stability and follow safe operating practices to prevent tipping or loss of control.

The DR-SG-27PRO has forward, reverse and neutral gears to provide versatile maneuvering around stumps and on job sites.

Operators should wear PPE (eye and ear protection, gloves, steel-toe boots), read the operator's manual, keep bystanders at a safe distance, shut down the engine before servicing, and inspect the machine before use. Follow all manufacturer safety instructions for safe operation.

Regular maintenance includes checking and replacing teeth as needed, inspecting cutters and guards, changing engine oil and filters per schedule, greasing moving parts, checking belts and hydraulic lines, and storing the machine in a dry, secure location when not in use.

Yes. It is designed for landscaping professionals and can also be used by experienced DIY enthusiasts who understand stump grinder operation and safety requirements.

Due to its 1,000 kg weight, transport it on a suitable heavy-duty trailer or truck bed, secure it with rated straps/chains, immobilize moving parts, and follow local transport regulations. Store in a dry, sheltered area and disconnect batteries or fuel sources if required for long-term storage.
