Kraft Khaki Paper Pouches Shopping Bag Manufacturing Making Machine

It produces various kraft paper pouches and shopping bags including snack food bags, bread bags, dry fruit/nut bags and other retail packaging formats (subject to size and material limits).

The machine can run up to 250 pieces per minute. Actual output depends on bag size, paper gram weight, and job setup.

Maximum bag width is 350 mm. Smaller widths are supported; consult the supplier for tooling ranges and minimum widths.

It is designed for kraft/khaki paper and similar grades. Typical workable paper weights are in the general range used for retail pouches (consult the manufacturer for recommended GSM based on bag type and strength requirements).

Rated voltage is 380 V (three-phase) and total installed power is 15 kW. Confirm local power compatibility and supply capacity before installation.

The machine uses a Delta PLC for control, a Yaskawa servo motor for motion, and a Sick photocell for registration/position detection, providing reliable and precise operation.

Yes — it carries CE and ISO9001 certifications. For specific food-contact certifications or local regulatory compliance, verify with the supplier.

This model focuses on bag forming and sealing. In-line printing is not standard; many suppliers can integrate or recommend compatible printing units (flexo/rotary) if needed.

A one-year warranty is included. For spare parts, maintenance, installation, and technical support, contact the vendor to confirm service options and spare-parts availability.

Footprint varies by configuration and optional modules. The supplier provides exact machine dimensions and recommended clearances and can usually arrange installation and commissioning on-site.

The machine uses a Sick photocell for accurate registration/detection and includes standard safety guards and interlocks. Specific safety features can be confirmed with the manufacturer according to local regulations.

It is designed with user-friendly controls (Delta PLC interface) to simplify operation. Basic operator training is typically provided by the supplier—confirm duration and language options when ordering.

Maximum theoretical output at top speed is 250 pcs/min (15,000 pcs/hour). Real-world daily output depends on shift length, changeovers, downtime, and bag size—discuss your production targets with the supplier for realistic estimates.

Many manufacturers offer optional modules or tooling to produce different bag styles, gussets, and handle types. Confirm available customizations and tooling costs with the supplier.

Regular preventive maintenance—cleaning sensors, checking and lubricating moving parts, inspecting belts and electrical connections, and timely replacement of wear parts—is advised. The supplier can provide a maintenance schedule and service plan.
