Kernel CN-308B Portable 308nm Excimer Laser Psoriasis Lamp 308nm LED UVB Phototherapy for Vitiligo Cure

The JYTOP Arrival Kernel CN-308B is a portable 308 nm excimer laser/UVB phototherapy device designed for at‑home treatment of localized psoriasis and vitiligo patches. It delivers targeted UVB (308 nm) light to affected skin to help manage symptoms under a treatment plan.

308 nm UVB light (excimer) is a high‑intensity, targeted ultraviolet B wavelength that can reduce inflammation and stimulate repigmentation in some vitiligo and psoriasis lesions. The device focuses light on affected areas, minimizing exposure of surrounding healthy skin. Always follow a clinician's guidance for use.

No device can guarantee a universal cure. The CN-308B is a therapeutic tool that can improve or repigment some lesions and help control psoriasis symptoms for many patients, but results vary. Discuss expectations and treatment goals with a dermatologist.

The device is intended for individuals with localized psoriasis or vitiligo patches under the supervision or recommendation of a healthcare professional. Use by children, pregnant people, or anyone with a history of photosensitivity, melanoma, or active skin cancer should be discussed with a doctor first.

Always wear appropriate eye protection, avoid treating healthy skin, do not exceed prescribed dose or frequency, perform patch testing if recommended, and stop if you experience severe pain, blistering, or excessive redness. Consult your physician before use and follow the user manual and safety instructions.

Treatment frequency and duration depend on your skin type, condition severity, and clinician recommendations. Typical protocols for excimer therapy are individualized and may range from once to several times per week with short session durations. Follow a dermatologist's prescribed regimen rather than a fixed schedule.

According to the product information, the device has CE certification and is classified as a Class II instrument. These indicate compliance with certain safety and regulatory requirements in applicable regions, but you should still follow medical advice and the device manual.

The device is powered by electricity. Consult the product manual or seller for detailed voltage, plug type, and whether a supplied adapter or charger is included.

The product description does not specify included accessories. Protective eyewear is essential when using UV devices. Confirm with the seller which accessories are supplied and obtain approved goggles if they are not included.

Response times vary. Some users may observe improvement after a few sessions, while others require several weeks of regular treatment. Clinical outcomes depend on lesion type, duration of disease, and adherence to the treatment plan. Your clinician can provide a realistic timeline.

Common side effects may include redness, mild burning, itching, or temporary hyperpigmentation/hypopigmentation. Rarely, blistering or prolonged skin changes can occur. Long‑term or improper use of UV light can increase skin cancer risk, so use only as directed and under medical supervision.

Unplug the device before cleaning. Wipe the exterior and treatment window gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and a non‑abrasive cleaner recommended in the manual. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not immerse the device in water.

The product name refers to CN-308B, while the specification lists model number JYT-27. This can happen with internal or regional model codes. Confirm the exact model and serial number with the seller or manufacturer before purchase if you need a specific variant.

The specification lists a shelf life of 1 year and mentions online technical support. Warranty terms are not provided in the brief description—check the seller's product page or contact JYTOP customer service for details on warranty length, return policy, and technical support procedures.

Discontinue use and contact your healthcare provider if you experience severe pain, blistering, signs of infection, significant or persistent skin discoloration, or any unexpected systemic symptoms. Also consult your clinician if you see no improvement after the recommended trial period.
