JSL- 150 Diesel Water Well Drilling Rig

The JSL-150 is a new, multifunction diesel-powered drilling rig designed for water well drilling, small-diameter boreholes and underground pipe/cable laying. It emphasizes ease of operation and high efficiency.

Available drilling diameters include 50 mm, 60 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm and 200 mm. The rig has a maximum drilling depth of up to 200 m, depending on ground conditions and tooling.

The primary drive is diesel engine power. Electrical systems on the rig operate at 220V/380V for controls and auxiliary components.

Swing speed ranges from 40–70 rpm. Working fluid/hydraulic pressure is 1.7–3.0 MPa. Walking/mobility power is listed as 2.5 kW/h for the travel system.

Overall dimensions are 5900 x 2100 x 2850 mm (L x W x H) and the rig weight is approximately 9,000 kg. Heavy transport equipment and appropriate lifting gear are required.

Suitable for building material, manufacturing, farms, home use, construction works, energy & mining, and other sectors. Typical uses include water well drilling, underground pipe and cable laying, and other small- to medium-diameter borehole work.

The rig carries a 1-year warranty. Core components such as the motor, pump and engine have a 1-year warranty as well.

Yes. A machinery test report and an outgoing inspection video are provided as part of the sale.

Spare parts for core components (motor, pump, engine) are available. After-sales support includes technical guidance; for details on spare part availability, delivery times and local service, contact the supplier or showroom.

Yes. Customization options (drilling tooling, power options, controls and accessories) are typically available. Contact the manufacturer/supplier with your requirements for a quotation.

Showroom locations include the United Kingdom, United States, Brazil, Peru, Indonesia, Mexico, Russia, Thailand, Morocco, Kenya, Chile, Malaysia and Australia. Contact the supplier for local dealer information and availability.

Regular maintenance includes engine servicing, hydraulic and pump inspections, lubrication of moving parts, periodic inspection/replacement of drill rods and seals, and following the operator manual. Follow supplier-recommended service intervals.

Operate with trained personnel, use proper PPE, follow the operator manual and local safety regulations. As a diesel-powered machine, expect exhaust emissions and noise; ensure compliance with local emission and noise rules.

Specific certifications are not listed in the basic product description. The manufacturer can provide conformity documents, test reports and other certificates on request—contact them to request copies.

Contact the supplier or local showroom with your project details (required drilling diameter, depth, ground conditions and any customization). The supplier will provide a quote, lead time, full technical datasheet and shipping options.
