Ironing Table Sheet Ironing Curtain Ironing Machine

This machine is designed for high-efficiency ironing and steaming of large fabrics such as curtains, drapes, bed linens and other large textile items—ideal for curtain shops, hotels, laundry services and event rental businesses.

Key specs: 3000W power, 380V electrical supply (three-phase), steam pressure 0.4–0.5 MPa, adjustable steam/electric parameters 3–6 kg/cm², weight 330 kg, dimensions 3500 × 900 × 1900 mm, stainless steel construction.

The nominal steam pressure is 0.4–0.5 MPa (approximately 4.08–5.10 kgf/cm²). The listed 3–6 kg/cm² range indicates the adjustable working/control range (about 0.29–0.59 MPa)—check final settings with the supplier.

It works well on heavy and medium-weight textiles like cotton, polyester blends, linen and thick curtains. Exercise caution with delicate fabrics (silk, velvet, certain synthetics): test a small area and use lower steam/temperature settings.

With overall dimensions of 3500 × 900 × 1900 mm and a large working area, it is built to handle long and wide curtains and large fabric panels common in commercial finishing.

The machine requires a stable three-phase 380V supply and should be installed by a qualified electrician. Due to its 330 kg weight, plan for proper lifting equipment and a reinforced, level floor where it will be sited.

Operation is through a PLC control system that allows you to set steam pressure and program repeatable cycles for efficient, consistent finishing. Basic operator training is recommended for best results.

Industrial ironing machines typically include pressure relief/safety valves, emergency stop, temperature and pressure monitoring. Confirm the exact safety features and certifications with your supplier before purchase.

Regular maintenance includes descaling/ flushing the steam system, checking and replacing seals and valves as needed, cleaning stainless steel surfaces, inspecting the PLC and electrical connections, and following the supplier's service schedule.

Use demineralized or soft water where possible to reduce scale and prolong boiler and steam-system life. If using tap water, implement regular descaling and water treatment as recommended by the manufacturer.

Included accessories vary by vendor. Common options and accessories for curtain finishing systems include pressing plates, vacuum tables, steam hoses, specialized covers and footswitches. Ask the supplier for a complete list of what is supplied and available as extras.

The machine has a 3000W rating (3 kW) when operating; actual energy use depends on duty cycle and heating/standby times. Running costs will also include water, routine maintenance and any required consumables—request an estimate from the supplier based on your workload.

While the product description lists home use for very large fabric items, its size, 330 kg weight and 380V power requirement make it primarily a commercial/industrial machine. It can be used in a home only if you have sufficient space and a suitable three-phase electrical supply.

Warranty terms, spare-parts availability and on-site service policies vary by manufacturer and dealer. Before purchase, confirm warranty length, what it covers, availability of replacement parts and options for maintenance contracts or technician training.

Delivery is typically by freight due to the machine's weight and size; installation is commonly performed by authorized technicians. Lead times, crating, shipping costs and installation charges vary—coordinate with the supplier to arrange site preparation and installation scheduling.
