Frequently Asked Questions

Which CPU options are available for this gaming desktop?

There are multiple CPU options depending on the configuration: Intel 13th Gen Core i7 models (i7-13700K and i7-13700KF are shown in the combos). Some listings also reference an AMD hexa-core 3.9GHz processor — always confirm the exact CPU on the product page or order summary before purchasing.

Which graphics card comes with the PC?

The product is offered with several GPU configurations. Options shown include NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, RTX 4070 Ti (title/combos), and some descriptions mention RTX 4060 with 8GB. Please verify your chosen configuration because the included GPU varies by SKU.

How much RAM and what type is included?

RAM depends on the configuration: available options include DDR4 16GB at 3200MHz and DDR5 16GB at 5200MHz. The exact memory type and capacity will be listed on the product configuration — confirm before checkout if you need a specific RAM spec.

What storage does the system include? Is there an SSD and HDD?

Common configurations include a 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD. The description also references a dual SSD+HDD setup for a mix of speed and capacity — check the selected combo for exact storage: whether it’s only NVMe, NVMe + HDD, or other combinations.

Which operating system is installed?

The description lists Windows 10 pre-installed. If you need a different OS (Windows 11, Linux, or no OS), verify availability with the seller or select the appropriate configuration at purchase.

Is this a DIY kit or a pre-built desktop?

This product is marketed as a DIY-capable gaming desktop but may be sold either pre-assembled or as customizable/configurable builds depending on the seller and listing. Check the product details or contact the seller to confirm whether assembly is required.

Are monitors, keyboards, or mice included?

No. Monitors and peripherals are not included. The listing notes 'monitor not included,' so you will need to purchase a display and input devices separately.

What cooling options and RGB features are available?

Cooling options depend on the chosen combo. Examples shown include YAJUN 240 (likely a 240mm AIO) and YAJUN EA5 360 ARGB (360mm with ARGB). ARGB lighting is available with some cooling packages — confirm the selected configuration for RGB/ARGB features.

What power supply is included and how much power will the system draw?

Many configurations list an 850W power supply. The description's '10W power usage' is incorrect for a gaming PC. Actual system power draw varies by CPU/GPU but high-performance builds with RTX 3070 Ti/4070 Ti typically draw several hundred watts under load. Use an 850W (or similar quality) PSU for headroom, and check the exact PSU spec on your chosen build.

Which motherboards are used and will the system be upgradable?

Example motherboards shown are ASUS B760M-P D4 and ASUS PRIME Z690-P. Both support common upgrade paths (additional RAM, NVMe/storage, and many discrete GPUs). Upgradeability depends on the exact board and case layout, so review the selected configuration's motherboard specs and available slots before upgrading components.

Is there any warranty or after-sales support?

The listing mentions comprehensive after-sales support, including spare parts, technical support, returns/replacements, and repair services. Warranty duration and exact terms can vary — check the product page or contact the seller for full warranty details and how to claim support.

Which plug types and regions are supported?

The product page indicates compatibility with multiple plug types: US, JP, AU, UK, and EU. Confirm the plug type shipped for your region or whether a region-appropriate power cable/adaptor is provided.

How well will this PC run modern games (1080p/1440p/4K)?

Performance depends on the GPU and CPU chosen. As a guideline: an RTX 4070 Ti should excel at 1440p high settings and handle many titles at 4K with adjusted settings; an RTX 3070 Ti is excellent for 1440p high and good at 4K with compromises; RTX 4060 (if present) is more 1080p/1440p-focused. Exact framerates depend on game, settings, and driver updates.

Are drivers and software preinstalled and where do I get GPU drivers?

If the system ships with Windows 10 preinstalled, basic drivers will typically be present. For best performance, download and install the latest NVIDIA drivers from nvidia.com and the latest chipset drivers from the motherboard manufacturer after setup.

I see conflicting specs (Intel vs AMD, RTX 4060 vs RTX 4070 Ti). How do I make sure I get the configuration I want?

Because this product appears to be offered in multiple configurations and some listings/descriptions may mix details, always verify the exact specs on the specific product SKU or configuration screen before purchasing. If unclear, contact the seller to confirm CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, PSU, and cooling for the exact unit you will receive.
