Intelligent Handle System of Passenger Carry-on Luggage

The intelligent handle system of passenger carry-on luggage (PLHS) is an automatic conveying and sorting equipment system used in the field of intelligent security inspection. Passengers can pick up trays and put their luggage by themselves. The luggage trays are driven by rollers to automatically complete security inspection and sorting of suspicious luggage. After the safe luggage is picked up, the empty trays are automatically returned to the tray pick-up place, and the suspicious luggage is subject to automatic re-inspection after unpacking.

At the same time, RFID intelligent identification and artificial intelligence technologies are used to realize the binding of inspection information such as passenger’s head portrait, passenger’s identity information, real luggage picture, X-ray machine picture and picture judging result, to track the position of luggage tray in the system in real time, and to realize visual status monitoring and data information traceability throughout the process. It can be customized according to different needs, including single-channel standard version, single-channel version with re-inspection function, dual-channel version, lower-level re-inspection version and other customized versions to satisfy the application scenarios of different airports.
