Industrial powder sigma paste mixer/ribbon blender/powder mixing machine

This machine is designed to handle a wide range of dry and free-flowing powders and bulk solids, and is suitable for plastics, chemicals and many food products. For high-viscosity pastes, a sigma-kneader variant is recommended.

The standard model has a 500‑liter working capacity, suitable for large batch production in industrial environments.

The listed configuration is a ribbon blender (ideal for powder and low‑viscosity mixing). Sigma (kneader) designs are available for heavy, viscous paste mixing; please inquire if you need a sigma-type unit.

The machine is equipped with a 7.5 kW motor and is available in 220 V or 380 V supply options. Three‑phase 380 V is typically used for industrial installations.

Single package dimensions: 230 x 93 x 189 cm. Net weight is approximately 650 kg and single gross (packed) weight is about 710 kg.

Yes — the ribbon blender can be used for food products. For food applications we recommend specifying food‑grade materials and surface finish (e.g., stainless steel 304/316 and sanitary polishing) at the time of order.

Mixing time depends on material properties and batch size. Typical powder blending cycles range from 5 to 30 minutes; please provide sample details for a more accurate estimate.

Routine maintenance includes checking and lubricating bearings, inspecting gears and seals, and keeping the trough and ribbons clean. Cleaning methods depend on product type; for powders manual or pneumatic cleaning is common, while food applications may require CIP or manual washdown with suitable materials specified.

Standard safety features typically include emergency stop, safety interlocks on access doors, proper guarding of moving parts and grounding. Overload protection and local safety devices can be added per client requirements.

Yes. The machine ships with a video outgoing inspection and a machinery test report to verify operation and quality before dispatch.

Core components listed include motor, gear and bearings. Spare parts and after‑sales support are available — please contact your supplier with model details to arrange replacements or service.

Yes. Customizations such as different capacities, jacketed vessels for heating/cooling, alternative materials of construction or sanitary finishes can usually be provided. Contact the manufacturer with your requirements for a quotation.

Common applications include mixing plastic powders, blending industrial chemicals, preparing dry food mixes, producing uniform powdered formulations for pharmaceuticals, and laboratory scale testing and R&D.

Provide a stable, level concrete foundation able to support the machine weight and dynamic loads. Ensure appropriate electrical supply (220/380 V) and proper grounding. Allow sufficient clearance for access, loading/unloading and maintenance; consult the supplier for recommended footprint and utility hookups.
