Industrial Mini Retort Autoclave Small Steam 500L Pilot Lab Food Autoclave Sterilizer Retort

The unit has a 500 liter chamber capacity, suitable for pilot lab runs and small industrial batches.

It uses high-temperature steam (heat) sterilization and operates in the 134–135°C range for effective microbial kill.

Rated power is 7.5 kW and the unit requires 380 V three-phase electrical supply. Verify site electrical compatibility prior to installation.

Overall dimensions are 8000 x 1500 x 1800 mm (L x W x H) and the unit weighs approximately 2300 kg. Ensure adequate floor space and load bearing capacity.

Prepare a 380 V three-phase electrical supply, appropriate floor reinforcement for the 2300 kg weight, lifting equipment (crane or forklift) for placement, and connections for water supply and drainage. Exact utility and civil requirements should be confirmed with the supplier.

Cycle time depends on load type and cycle program. Because cycles vary by application, consult the manufacturer for recommended programs and estimated cycle durations for your specific use.

Yes. It is designed for industrial, pilot lab and food processing applications including preservation, product treatment, microbiology and material testing.

The product is built for robust industrial use; please request the exact construction materials and finish (for example chamber stainless steel grade) from the supplier to confirm corrosion resistance and suitability for your application.

The autoclave includes standard safety controls and user-friendly operation. For details on specific safety devices (pressure relief valves, safety interlocks, alarms, control interface), ask the manufacturer for the technical safety specification sheet.

Regular preventive maintenance is recommended (inspection of seals, valves, controls, and steam systems). The product comes with a one-year warranty and engineers are available to service machinery overseas—contact the supplier for service contracts and recommended maintenance intervals.

Yes. A one-year (12 months) warranty is provided. The manufacturer also offers overseas engineering service—verify scope, response times and spare parts availability with sales.

Yes. It is suitable for food processing and preservation; however, packaging compatibility and cycle parameters depend on the product and packaging format. Validate processes with representative loads and follow food safety regulations.

Sterilization validation should follow your facility’s quality protocols and applicable regulations. Use biological indicators, chemical indicators, temperature/pressure recorders and documented validation runs. The manufacturer can advise on validation support and recommended monitoring equipment.

Spare parts and accessories are typically available—contact the supplier to obtain a list of common spares (gaskets, valves, sensors, trays) and to discuss lead times and stocking options.

Contact the supplier or authorized dealer for quotations, lead times, shipping arrangements and available operator training. Delivery logistics should consider the unit dimensions, weight and on-site handling requirements.
