Industrial Laundry Equipment Fully Automatic Ironing Machine for Towel Clothes and Bedsheets

The machine is designed for towels, clothes, bedsheets and similar flat laundry items—suitable for hotels, laundries, factories and hospitals.

Key specs: power 1.1 kW; voltage 220V or 380V; weight ~1000 kg; dimensions 4200×1250×1350 mm; roller width 600–800 mm; steam pressure 0.4–0.6 MPa; steam consumption 80 kg/h; operating speed up to 0–25 (see supplier for speed unit); certified CE and ISO9001.

The machine requires a steam supply capable of 0.4–0.6 MPa and up to 80 kg/h steam flow. A properly sized external boiler or steam generator is required; consult the supplier to match boiler capacity and pressure safety devices.

The machine supports 220V or 380V electrical supply. Rated electrical power is 1.1 kW, but additional power may be needed for auxiliary equipment (pumps, conveyors, boiler). Have a qualified electrician confirm wiring, breakers and grounding.

Overall dimensions are 4200×1250×1350 mm and weight is about 1000 kg. It should be installed on a flat, load-bearing floor (concrete recommended). Allow extra clearance around the machine for service access and material handling.

Operating speed is listed up to 0–25 (please confirm the exact speed unit with the supplier). Actual throughput depends on item size, loading/unloading efficiency and chosen speed. Contact the vendor with your item dimensions for a precise throughput estimate.

Yes. It features fully automatic operation with PLC controls designed for straightforward operation. Basic operator training is recommended to optimize settings for different fabrics and to follow safety procedures.

The machine is CE and ISO9001 certified. It includes safety features typical for industrial steam equipment—emergency stop, pressure-rated components and guards—but you must follow local regulations and boiler/steam safety rules during installation and operation.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning rollers and heating surfaces, checking and lubricating bearings and gearboxes, inspecting belts and seals, descaling steam lines and drains as needed, and periodic PLC/software checks. Follow the supplier maintenance schedule for intervals and procedures.

High-quality core components are used (PLC, bearings, gearbox, motor, pump). The supplier typically provides spare parts and technical support—confirm availability, lead times and warranty terms before purchase.

Roller width is offered in the 600–800 mm range. Additional customization or accessory options (conveyors, feeding/stacking systems, controls) may be available—discuss required options with the manufacturer or dealer.

Because the machine weighs around 1000 kg, plan for heavy-lift unloading and positioning (forklift/crane). Installation requires steam, electrical, water and drain hookups and adequate ventilation. The supplier or authorized installer should perform final commissioning.

Warranty, training and post-sale service offerings vary by supplier. Typical packages include a limited warranty on workmanship/components and operator training during commissioning—confirm exact warranty period and training scope with the seller.
