Industrial Ironing Machine High-Capacity Performance Flatwork Dryer Large-Scale Commercial Laundry Equipment

This machine is a high-capacity flatwork ironing and drying unit intended for large-scale commercial laundry operations such as hotels, hospitals, laundromats, restaurants and textile plants. It efficiently irons and dries flat items like sheets, tablecloths and linens.

Overall dimensions are 4340 × 4500 × 1400 mm and the machine weighs approximately 4000 kg.

Key structural and contact components are made from stainless steel 304 for corrosion resistance and durability in commercial laundry environments.

Throughput depends on linen type, thickness, feed method and selected operating speed. The unit is built for high-capacity continuous operation; for an accurate kg/hr or pieces/hr estimate, provide typical linen types and load profiles so we can size and configure the machine for your needs.

Heating and power configurations vary by model—common options include electric, steam or gas heating and three-phase electrical supply. Exact power, steam pressure and electrical requirements depend on the selected configuration; consult the technical specification sheet or your supplier for details.

You will need a flat, level floor rated for the machine weight, adequate overhead clearance and access for delivery (crane or forklift likely required), proper ventilation and exhaust where applicable, drainage and floor traps, and the appropriate electrical/steam/gas connections as per the chosen configuration. A site survey is recommended prior to delivery.

Standard safety features typically include emergency stop buttons, protective guards around moving parts, thermal cutoffs/overtemperature protection, interlocked access panels and clearly marked controls. Exact safety features will be listed in the machine manual and product spec sheet.

The machine is designed for straightforward operation with adjustable speed and temperature settings to match fabric type and finish requirements. Operators should be trained on correct feeding, tensioning and control use—detailed operating procedures are provided in the user manual, and on-site training can be arranged.

Daily visual checks and cleaning of feed areas, rollers and sensors; regular lubrication of bearings and moving parts; periodic inspection and tensioning/replacement of belts and rollers; routine checks of heating elements, steam traps and controls. Follow the maintenance schedule in the manual and arrange professional servicing at recommended intervals.

Yes—the unit is optimized for flatwork such as sheets, pillowcases, tablecloths and similar linens. Settings should be adjusted for fabric type (cotton, blended fabrics, delicate linens). Very delicate or specialty textiles should be tested or processed with appropriate settings or separate equipment.

Yes. Common spare parts (belts, rollers, bearings, heating elements, sensors) and consumables are available through the manufacturer or authorized distributors. It is recommended to stock critical spares to minimize downtime.

Warranty terms and after-sales service options vary by supplier and region. Contact the Haidi distributor or your sales representative for specific warranty length, coverage details and available service contracts or extended support packages.

Certification and compliance (for example CE, ISO, or local electrical/pressure equipment approvals) depend on the specific model and configuration. Ask your supplier for certificates and compliance documentation for the unit you plan to purchase.

Yes. Many aspects can be customized, including heating type (steam/electric/gas), electrical specifications, accessory options, control systems and, in some cases, machine dimensions or feed systems. Discuss your workflow and capacity requirements with the manufacturer to create a tailored solution.

Lead time depends on configuration, order volume and current production schedules—please consult your supplier for an accurate delivery estimate. Because the machine is heavy (approximately 4000 kg), specialized transport, packing and on-site unloading/installation are required; your supplier or distributor can coordinate logistics and provide a delivery plan.
