Fully automatic integrated water purifier

The fully automatic integrated water purifier adopts flocculation reaction, inclined pipe precipitation, quartz sand filtration process, internal PP inclined pipe packing and various specifications of filter materials, to realize the effective removal of turbidity, organic matter, algae and other pollutants. The integrated water purification equipment, which can achieve a single automatic operation without personnel operation, is an important unit to realize automatic management.

Note: 1. If the material and anti-corrosion of the water purification equipment are not specified, it means that the order is based on carbon steel epoxy resin anti-corrosion.

2. Inlet water pipes, inlet valves, outlet pipes, drainage pipes and mud pipes outside water purification equipment should be ordered separately.

3. The equipment foundation and embedded parts shall be provided by buyer.

Process principle 

Raw water into the integration of water purification equipment, the first into the water purification equipment at the bottom of the water distribution area, after uniform water, slowly into the coagulation reaction, the oblique plate diversion area under the diversion, the inclined direction along the inclined water flow, into the sedimentation area, the deposited sludge under the gravity along the inclined pipe to the mud bucket, and through the inclined pipe clear water into the upper water purification equipment filter room, and top-down through the filter layer, the water alum intercept filter is filter layer. (5) The automation of water purification equipment not only ensures the efficient filtration of the water purification system, (in the raw water turbidity 1000 mg/L, the water turbidity can be maintained below 1mg/L) but also automatically backwash, without additional backwash pump and blower and other electrical equipment, can save a lot of infrastructure investment and daily operation, repair and maintenance costs.
 

(6) The self-consumed water consumption rate is <5%, which plays a positive role in saving limited water resources.
