Industrial Hospital Laundry Bed Sheet Washing Machine Hospital Laundry Equipment

The Industrial Hospital Laundry Bed Sheet Washing Machine is designed for heavy-duty cleaning of bed sheets, uniforms and linens in hospitals, hotels, schools and factories where high hygiene and large-volume washing are required.

Models are available in multiple capacities: 15kg, 20kg, 30kg, 50kg, 70kg, 100kg and 150kg to suit different throughput and facility sizes.

The machine is constructed from corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel 304 for durability, hygiene, and easy cleaning.

The machine uses a hot water cleaning process for effective hygiene. Heating options include electric, steam, gas and hot water connections (select configuration per model and site requirements).

The specification lists a voltage of 380V. Please confirm whether a three-phase 380V supply is required at your site and consult an electrician for proper hookup. The listed power is 7.5 W in the spec—confirm rated motor/heater power with the supplier if that value appears inconsistent with your model.

Operation is available in both manual and computer-controlled modes, providing flexibility for simple manual cycles or automated program control. Operator training is recommended for computerized controls.

The machine carries CE and ISO 9001 certification and has been quality checked by a Germany TUV company, indicating compliance with international quality and safety standards. Request the specific certificates from the supplier for verification.

The listed dimensions are 1820 mm (L) x 1960 mm (W) x 2250 mm (H) and the weight is 3500 kg. Verify exact dimensions for the specific capacity model you plan to buy, as dimensions may vary by capacity.

The machine is supplied 100% free-standing. Site preparation (floor strength, drainage, power, and utility connections) should be confirmed prior to delivery. Professional installation and commissioning by qualified technicians is recommended.

A 1-year warranty is included. For spare parts, preventive maintenance, extended service plans or after-warranty support, contact the supplier or authorized service center for available options.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning of drums and seals, inspection of bearings and drive components, checking electrical and heating systems, replacing worn gaskets or filters, and following the manufacturer's maintenance schedule. Keep a log of service activities.

Use hospital-grade detergents and disinfectants compatible with Stainless Steel 304 and high temperature washing. Always follow chemical manufacturer recommendations and test compatibility to avoid corrosion or damage.

Yes — the hot water cleaning process and stainless steel construction are suitable for hygienic laundering in hospital environments. For specific infection-control protocols or validation (e.g., temperature/time requirements), consult your infection-control team and the machine supplier for cycle validation data.

Select capacity based on daily laundry weight, peak loads, and desired cycle frequency. Estimate total kg of linen processed per day and choose a machine that allows efficient batch sizes and turnaround time. Suppliers can help calculate the optimal capacity for your throughput.

The product is CE-certified, which implies compliance with applicable safety standards. Typical safety features may include emergency stop, door interlocks and electrical protections. Request the detailed safety specification and user manual from the manufacturer for confirmation.
