Industrial Automatic French Fries Dewatering Food Vegetable Cassava Potato Chips Dewatering Machine

The machine removes excess moisture and oil from fried products (French fries, cassava chips, and other vegetables) to improve crispness and product quality in commercial food processing.

Motor brand: JUYOUMECH; Weight: 200 kg; Voltage: 380V 50Hz 3-phase; Power: 2.2 kW; Dimensions (L×W×H): 1300×750×900 mm; Single package size: 14×85×110 cm; Single gross weight: 300 kg.

A 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase power supply is required. Installation and connection should be performed by a qualified electrician familiar with industrial three-phase equipment.

It is designed for fried French fries, cassava chips, and a wide range of vegetables used in snack or food processing lines. Performance may vary by product size, shape and moisture content.

Typical operation: preheat/fry product as usual, place fried product onto the dewatering conveyor/drum, start automatic cycle to spin/centrifuge or convey while removing oil and moisture, collect drained oil and discharge crispy product. Follow the user manual for detailed operating instructions and safety steps.

Throughput depends on product type, cut size and moisture content. For an accurate estimate of kg/hour for your product, provide sample product and processing conditions to the supplier for testing or consultation.

The machine is built for industrial food processing and uses durable, food-contact materials. Confirm the exact stainless-steel grade and certifications with the supplier if you require specific food-safety compliance (e.g., 304/316 stainless steel).

Turn off and isolate power, remove detachable parts, clean surfaces and drainage areas to remove oil and debris, inspect belts/bearings regularly, lubricate moving parts per manual, and replace worn components. Clean after each production run to maintain hygiene and performance.

Yes. Typical spare parts (belts, bearings, motors, seals) and after-sales service are available. Contact the supplier or manufacturer to order parts, request maintenance, or arrange on-site service.

Standard safety features usually include emergency stop, guards around moving parts, and electrical protections. Verify the exact safety features and certifications with the supplier before purchase and ensure operators are trained.

Installation options vary by supplier. Use the machine footprint (1300×750×900 mm) plus service clearance when planning layout. Confirm whether installation, commissioning and operator training are included in your purchase.

The listed single package size is 14×85×110 cm with a single gross weight of 300 kg. Confirm packing method, crate dimensions, weight and shipping terms with the supplier, as package details may vary for export shipments.

Warranty terms and certifications (CE, ISO, food-safety marks) depend on the seller. Ask the supplier for specific warranty duration, what it covers, and copies of any product certifications before purchase.

Noise level varies by installation and product load. The machine generally operates at low-to-moderate industrial noise levels; request measured decibel (dB) data from the manufacturer if workplace noise limits are a concern.

Many suppliers offer customization (infeed/outfeed heights, conveyor speed, material finish, drainage and oil-collection options). Provide your production requirements to the manufacturer to discuss available modifications and lead times.
