Industrial 130kg Centrifugal Dewatering Machine Hydro Extractor 1000mm Electric Machine

The machine is rated for a maximum capacity of 130 kg (per basket/load). For continuous throughput, effective capacity will depend on feed rate and material properties.

This is an electric three-phase machine designed to run on 380 V three-phase power. Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician and include proper earthing and protective devices.

Overall dimensions are 1800 × 1500 × 900 mm. Allow additional clearance around the machine for access, maintenance and ventilation when planning installation.

The housing is stainless steel, providing durability, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.

Yes — the machine is designed for continuous operation and is suitable for demanding industrial applications.

It features a clean-in-place (CIP) capability, allowing internal cleaning without full disassembly. Always follow recommended cleaning agents and procedures to protect seals and components.

Common applications include textile fabric dewatering, food processing (vegetables/fruits), chemical liquid-solid separation, wastewater sludge dewatering and certain pharmaceutical drying processes.

Routine maintenance generally includes periodic inspection of bearings and seals, checking drive belts/couplings, verifying balance, lubrication per supplier recommendations, and regular CIP cleaning. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.

Safety features vary by supplier. Industrial hydroextractors commonly include emergency stop, lid/cover interlocks, imbalance detection and required guarding. Confirm the exact safety features with the seller and ensure compliance with local safety regulations.

Cycle time and throughput depend on the material, moisture content and process settings. Typical values are application-specific; request performance data or a throughput estimate from the supplier based on your material.

Yes — it can be used for delicate goods, but outcome depends on basket/drum design, perforation pattern, and operating settings (speed, feed rate). Consult the supplier about gentle baskets or adjustable speed controls for sensitive products.

Many suppliers offer customization such as alternate basket sizes or materials, different perforation patterns, variable-speed drives, PLC controls, automated feeds/discharges and special finishes. Contact the seller to discuss specific customization needs.

Spare parts commonly include bearings, seals, drive components and control parts. Ask the vendor about available spare parts, recommended spares kit, warranty service and optional maintenance/service contracts.

The provided description does not list certifications or warranty details. Ask the supplier for certification documents (e.g., CE, ISO) and full warranty terms prior to purchase.

Shipping and on-site installation practices vary by supplier. Typically the machine is palletized or crated; installation requires a suitable floor/foundation, three-phase power connection, drainage and trained personnel for mechanical and electrical commissioning. Confirm shipping dimensions, weight and installation services with the vendor.
