Application:
Automatic cup filling sealing machine is widely used to the food industry. It can loading cups, filling product into cups, sealing cups by roll film/precut film, place outer lid and finished output automatically. The product contact parts made of stainless steel, which is produced in strict accordance with the food industry hygiene standards; Plastic tray and odd shaped trays, can be customized as requirement.

1. Control system: Delta PLC programmed control system and touch screen, intuition, stable and easy to operate.
2. Driven system: Mitsubishi servo system for indexing positioning, high accuracy and high speed.
3. High quality components: AIRTAC cylinder and solenoid value, Schneider sensor and electronic components.
4. Machine material: It totally made by stainless steel 304 and anodized aluminum alloy, filling system.
5. Sealing material: the machine used the plastic reel film or precut aluminum foil to sealing the cups, more economical and health.
6. Filling system: the filling system use volumetric cups, it can accurate filling the product. Also quick and easy of filling
volume adjustment.
7. The machine’s filling system used the clamp-type connectors, disassemble and clean filling system speedy and convenient.
8. Optional: 1. closed safety guard with switch; 2. coding system.
9. Special circumstances can be customized according to customer requirements.

The Ice cup production line consist of ice cube maker machine, elevator, Screening machine, Elevator and Ice cube cup filling sealing machine. Capacity viarious from 1000-10000 cups per hour. Cup size can be customized as client`s demand! it`s widely used for ice tea, iced coffee, juice, etc.
