Hydraulic Log Splitter for Efficient Tree Cutting and Harvesting

The Hydraulic Log Splitter is designed to split logs and process wood quickly and reliably for farms and construction sites. It handles firewood preparation, general log splitting and other wood-processing tasks where high productivity and durability are required.

It uses a robust hydraulic pump and cylinder system to deliver consistent splitting force. Exact pump specifications and hydraulic pressure depend on the model or configuration—refer to the product specification sheet or contact the supplier for exact figures.

The unit weighs approximately 350 kg and has a compact design to make handling and transport manageable. It can be moved using common equipment such as a forklift, trailer, or tractor hitch depending on your site setup.

Maximum log length and diameter depend on the specific model or option package. The splitter is built to handle a wide range of wood types, but you should check the model’s technical specifications or contact the vendor for exact maximum log dimensions.

Power source options (such as electric motor, gasoline/diesel engine, or tractor PTO) vary by configuration. The core product uses a hydraulic pump; confirm available power options with the manufacturer or dealer when purchasing.

The machine is engineered for high productivity with fast cycle performance. Actual throughput depends on log size, wood species, operator skill, and model settings. For expected throughput estimates, provide your typical log sizes and wood type to the supplier.

Follow standard safety precautions: wear eye and hand protection, keep bystanders clear, secure logs before splitting, never place hands near the wedge or moving parts, use the emergency stop if equipped, and operate the machine on a stable, level surface. Read the operator’s manual thoroughly before use.

Regular maintenance includes checking and topping hydraulic fluid, inspecting hoses and fittings for leaks or damage, greasing pivot points, tightening bolts, and checking the splitting wedge for wear. Replace filters and change hydraulic fluid per the intervals in the operator’s manual.

Core components are covered by a 1-year warranty. Warranty terms and coverage details (what is included or excluded) vary—consult the warranty documentation or your dealer for specific terms and how to submit a claim.

Some minor assembly or setup is often required (for example, attaching wheels, hitching, or connecting power). The extent of assembly depends on how the unit is shipped. A detailed setup guide is provided with the machine; contact your supplier if you need assistance.

Yes. The hydraulic system and sturdy construction make it suitable for a variety of wood species and conditions. Extremely knotty or frozen logs will increase cycle time and wear, so operate within recommended limits and maintenance schedules.

Store the machine in a dry, sheltered location when possible. Clean off debris, protect hydraulic components from moisture, relieve hydraulic pressure per the manual if recommended, and cover exposed parts. For long-term storage, follow any winterization instructions in the manual.

Replacement parts and service are available through the manufacturer’s authorized dealers or service centers. Provide the model and serial number when ordering parts. Keep records of maintenance to help with service requests.

Standard inclusions vary by seller. Typical deliveries include the log splitter unit, operator’s manual and basic controls. Accessories such as trailers, wheels, additional wedges or power units may be optional—confirm the included items with the product listing or dealer.

For technical support, demonstrations or to discuss suitability for your application, contact the manufacturer or your authorized dealer. They can provide detailed specifications, demonstrate operation, and advise on the best configuration for your needs.
