Let's make a brife introduce about our HY-7660 theremoforming machine. First, compared with previous normal vacuum machine, our HY-7660 is a fully automatic plastic theremofroming machine which integrated sheet loading, sheet convey,heating, forming, cutting ,stacking and rewinding. Becuase of the fully automatic which brings high speed, more efficiency, lower human resouce cost (as vacuum theremofroming macine speed is around 8-10 cycles/min but our HY-7660 can reach up to 30 cycles/min. The working theory is a combination of pastive and negative pressure with assiting strenthing in mould by some nylon plugs.Which makes it have more powerful ability of making products. So it brings wider application just like big deep and more complicated botton. HY-7660 is driven by full servo motor, which makes more precise, more efficient, lower noise, longer machine using time. HY-7660 final products will have a widely used, such as food container, egg tray, seedling plate, plate, coffee lid etc.

Feeding station

Dual-station coil supply device, the maximum coil diameter is 900mm. The system automatically transports the sheet to the heating station.

 

 

Heating station

The efficient heating system uses infrared heating technology to evenly heat the plastic sheet, ensuring that the material is evenly heated to reach the optimal molding temperature.

 

Forming station

Advanced mold design and pressing technology enable the plastic sheets to be precisely formed in the molding mold, ensuring the consistency and high quality of each product.

 

 

Punching station

The press drives the punch to press down quickly, and the plastic product is punched through the punching die.

 

 

Cutting station

The automatic cutting system cuts the formed products into individual finished products according to the preset program, with neat cutting edges and no secondary processing required.

 

 

Stacking station

It adopts push-down palletizing method and replaceable suction rod device to meet the needs of different products. It is economical and meets the requirements of most products. The palletizing is driven by servo motor with high precision and high efficiency.

 

 

Control panel

The touch screen human-machine interface is convenient and fast. It can store 100 sets of mold data and corresponding parameters for easy access. It can accurately control key parameters such as temperature, time, and pressure to ensure the stability of the production process and product quality. Real-time data monitoring and feedback facilitate operators to adjust production parameters in a timely manner.
