This automatic edge band machine is designed for straight-edge processing of plywood, fibreboard and particleboard in woodworking and furniture production. Its heavy-body frame and adjustable support bracket provide stable panel handling, while the touch-type MCGS control panel supports straightforward operation.
The machine combines the principal edge-banding stages in one production line:
- Pre-milling
- EVA gluing
- Multi-wheel pressing
- Front and rear end cutting
- Fine trimming
- Scraping
- Polishing
It processes edge tape from 0.4 to 3 mm thick and 10 to 65 mm wide. The minimum supported panel width is 60 mm, while the minimum panel length is 120 mm. Feeding speed is adjustable from 0 to 23 m/min, and the specified working air pressure is 0.6 to 0.8 MPa.
Fine trimming uses an automatic high-frequency motor cutting structure to remove excess edge tape. The scraping stage removes residual glue, while cotton polishing wheels clean the processed panel and produce a smoother, cleaner edge. Dedicated dust collection connections are provided throughout the machine, with five 100 mm dust pipes specified. The machine measures 3800 x 800 x 1450 mm and weighs 1000 kg.
