HSP-5 Small 5m3/H Electric Shotcrete Machine Concrete Spraying Machine for Underground

The HSP-5 is marketed as a small 5 m³/h electric shotcrete machine. Per the supplied specifications the pump unit (model PZ-7) can deliver up to 7 m³/h in test conditions. Actual output depends on material mix, aggregate size, hose length and operating air pressure.

Standard voltage is 380 V. Custom voltage options are available — please confirm required supply when ordering.

Overall dimensions are 1600 × 700 × 1150 mm (L × W × H) and the weight is approximately 900 kg.

Operating air pressure should be 0.4–0.6 MPa with an air consumption of about 12–15 m³/min.

Maximum horizontal conveying distance is up to 200 m and maximum vertical conveying distance is up to 20 m, depending on mix and hose layout.

Recommended hose inner diameter is 38 mm. Maximum aggregate size is 15 mm.

Use a water–cement ratio ≤ 0.4 to ensure proper pumpability and adhesion for shotcrete application.

Yes. The HSP-5 is designed specifically for underground construction, tunneling and mining operations where confined-space shotcreting is required. Ensure adequate ventilation and adherence to underground safety protocols.

Basic maintenance includes flushing the machine and hoses with clean water after each use, checking and replacing wear parts (rotor, stator, nozzles, hose), inspecting seals and bearings, and following the manufacturer's recommended service intervals.

Operators should wear appropriate PPE (respiratory protection, eye/face shield, gloves, hearing protection), ensure proper grounding of electrical supply, maintain good ventilation in confined spaces, and follow lockout/tagout procedures before maintenance.

Yes — the product information indicates that a test report and outgoing inspection are provided with the machine. Confirm specific documentation with the supplier prior to shipment.

The rotor diameter is 480 mm. Rotor size affects the material handling capability and throughput; larger rotors typically provide more consistent feed and throughput for shotcrete mixes.

Spare parts and after-sales service are typically available from the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Contact your supplier with machine model and serial number to order parts or arrange service.

Performance depends on material mix (cementitious content and water-cement ratio), aggregate size, hose diameter and length, air pressure and volume, nozzle type, and operator technique. Optimizing these factors will help achieve rated performance.

The HSP-5 is designed to be relatively compact and lightweight for its class (900 kg). It can be moved with suitable lifting equipment or a small trailer. Installation requires a stable, level surface, appropriate electrical connection, and access to compressed air as specified.
