Horizontal Airbag Type One Heat and One Cold Back Part Moulding Machine Other Shoe Making Machine

It is used in shoe manufacturing to heat‑form and cool the back part (heel counters, back stiffeners and similar components) of footwear. It is suitable for prototype work and small to medium production runs.

Brand: SUNVO; Voltage: 220V; Power: 1HP; Net weight: 160 kg; Gross weight: 200 kg; Package size: 70 x 110 x 160 cm. It is sold as a single item and supplied with a machinery test report.

The machine uses a horizontal‑orientation moulding station and an inflatable airbag (pneumatic bladder) to press and shape the back part against the mould, providing even pressure distribution during forming.

'One Heat and One Cold' indicates the machine provides both a heating function (to soften materials before forming) and a cooling function (to set and stabilise the formed part) in a single unit, reducing cycle handling and improving consistency.

It is designed for back parts of various types of footwear and can work with common materials used for heel counters and back stiffeners (thermoplastics, foams and composite layers). Compatibility depends on material formulation and mould design—confirm with supplier or provide sample materials for testing.

Cycle time depends on part geometry, material, tooling and operator settings. Because many variables affect throughput, request sample testing or the machine's test report from the supplier to estimate realistic cycle times for your parts.

The machine runs on 220V and draws 1HP. It should be connected to a stable, properly grounded supply. As it uses an airbag/pneumatic system, a plant compressed air source or external air supply may be required—confirm exact pneumatic requirements with the supplier.

The machine is described as compact and user‑friendly with simple controls. Operators typically require short practical training to learn mould loading, parameter settings (temperature, pressure, time) and safe operation procedures.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning mould faces and heating/cooling surfaces, checking and replacing seals on the airbag/bladder as needed, inspecting electrical and pneumatic connections, lubricating moving parts per supplier guidance, and following any checklist in the supplied test/report documentation.

Follow standard industrial safety: ensure proper grounding, keep hands and loose clothing away from the moulding area, use emergency stop and interlocks if provided, depressurise pneumatic systems before servicing, and wear PPE as appropriate. Review supplier safety documentation prior to use.

The product listing notes a machinery test report is included. Warranty terms and spare parts support are typically provided by the seller/manufacturer—contact the supplier or dealer to confirm warranty length, terms and availability of replacement parts.

Many manufacturers offer custom tooling and adjustments to match specific back part geometries or materials. Contact the supplier with your part drawings or samples to discuss tooling, mould dimensions and any machine modifications.

Package size is 70 x 110 x 160 cm and net weight is 160 kg. Allow additional clearance around the machine for operator access, ventilation and maintenance. Ensure a level, stable floor that can support the machine and easy access for lifting equipment during installation.

The gross weight is 200 kg and it is packaged to the stated dimensions. It is shipped as a single item; arrange appropriate handling equipment at delivery (forklift or pallet jack). Inspect packaging and machine on arrival and request the included machinery test report.

Contact the seller or SUNVO dealer with your requirements, part samples and expected production volume. Ask for a quotation, a copy of the machine test report (usually provided) and, if needed, a demonstration or sample moulding to verify suitability.
