Home Use Portable 308nm Uv Psoriasis Skin Care Vitiligo Cream Treatment Uvb Light Lamp 308nm Devices Phototherapy Unit

This is a home-use, hand-held phototherapy unit that emits narrowband 308 nm UV (UVB) light intended to treat skin conditions such as psoriasis and vitiligo. The UVB light targets affected skin to help reduce symptoms. It is designed for portable, at-home use but should be used according to the manufacturer instructions and a healthcare professional’s guidance.

The device is designed for home use and includes safety features, but phototherapy involves UV exposure and carries risks. You should consult a dermatologist before starting treatment, follow the instruction manual carefully, use protective eyewear, and avoid overexposure.

Many clinicians recommend evaluation by a dermatologist before beginning UV therapy to determine if 308 nm treatment is appropriate for your condition, to establish safe dosing, and to monitor progress. Local regulations may require medical oversight—check with your healthcare provider.

Treatment schedules vary by individual skin type, condition severity, and medical guidance. Start with the manufacturer’s recommended settings and a dermatologist’s advice. Typical protocols for 308 nm therapy are short sessions several times per week, but your doctor should set frequency and duration.

The product is specified for use on legs and arms and is hand-held for spot treatment. Use on other areas only if directed by a healthcare professional and following safety guidance (for example, avoid treating large surface areas without supervision).

The product description lists the device as waterproof, which helps with safe surface cleaning. Always unplug the unit before cleaning and follow the manual’s instructions. Typically, you can wipe exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild disinfectant. Do not submerge the device unless the manual explicitly allows it.

Yes. Always protect your eyes and the eyes of anyone nearby from UV exposure. Use appropriate UV-blocking goggles or shielding provided or recommended by the manufacturer, and avoid shining the light toward your face or eyes.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking photosensitizing medications (or other drugs), consult your healthcare provider before using UV therapy. Some medications and conditions increase sensitivity to UV light and can raise the risk of burns or adverse reactions.

Potential side effects include redness, burning, blistering, increased pigmentation, or irritation in the treated area. If you experience severe or persistent reactions, stop treatment and contact your dermatologist or healthcare provider.

Response times vary widely depending on the condition, severity, and individual. Some users may notice improvement after several weeks of consistent treatment, while others may need longer. Follow-up with your healthcare provider to assess effectiveness and adjust the plan.

The product listing indicates multiple plug types (CN, JP, US, EU, AU, UK, ZA, IT and others) for global compatibility. Confirm with the seller which plug(s) are included for your region before purchase.

The specification lists multiple plug types, which indicates the unit is mains-powered via an AC adapter/plug. Check the product details or contact the seller for exact power and adapter information.

Some topical treatments are compatible with UV therapy, while others (especially photosensitizing agents) are not. Do not apply any cream or ointment before treatment unless approved by your dermatologist or the product instructions.

Store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Use the original packaging or a protective case for transport. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.

Warranty terms, certifications, and support vary by seller and region. Before purchasing, ask the seller for information about warranty length, return policy, product certifications (such as medical device approvals), and how to obtain technical or medical support.
