High Speed Precision PLC System Automatic Straight Line Wire Drawing Machine with Annealing

It is an automated wire drawing machine designed for high-productivity, precision reduction of metal wire in a straight-line layout, featuring PLC control and an integrated annealing unit for improved wire quality.

Key specs include 45 kW power, 1000 kg weight, 12 mm inlet diameter, 0.8 mm outlet diameter, and a drawing speed range of 120–160 m/min.

It is suitable for common drawing metals such as copper, aluminum and various steel wires used in electrical, automotive, construction and telecom applications. For specific alloys or heat-treatment-sensitive materials, confirm compatibility with the supplier.

The integrated annealing unit softens and relieves stresses in drawn wire, improving ductility, electrical conductivity and surface quality—important for thin wire used in electrical and automotive applications.

Precision is achieved via a PLC control system that monitors and adjusts drawing parameters in real time. Exact tolerance figures depend on die quality, material and process settings—ask the supplier for typical tolerance data for your material.

The machine operates in the range of 120–160 meters per minute, depending on material, final diameter and process settings.

The machine supports an inlet (starting) wire diameter up to 12 mm and can draw down to an outlet diameter of approximately 0.8 mm, subject to material and process configuration.

The main motor power is 45 kW. Exact electrical service, voltage, phase, and air/water utilities depend on the customer configuration—request site layout and electrical specifications from the vendor before installation.

Yes. The product includes installation service and technical support. Confirm scope, response times and any travel or service fees with the supplier.

Yes. Video outgoing inspection is provided and a machinery test report is included to verify performance prior to shipment.

The machine is supplied with standard industrial safety measures (emergency stop, guarding and interlocks). Exact safety equipment and certifications may vary—verify the model’s safety features with the manufacturer.

Core components are described as durable (motor, engine and bearings). Consumables and wear parts typically include drawing dies, bearings, and annealing elements—replacement intervals depend on usage and material.

Yes. The system can be configured for different die sets, annealing parameters and auxiliary equipment. Discuss your specific diameter ranges and process needs with the supplier for customization options.

Perform regular lubrication, inspect and replace drawing dies and bearings as needed, keep annealing elements clean and check PLC sensors and drives. Follow the supplier’s maintenance schedule and log all service actions.

Installation service typically includes basic operator training; additional training packages may be available. Warranty terms vary—request written warranty, duration and what is covered (parts, labor, travel) from the manufacturer or distributor.
