High Speed Emulsifying Homogenizer Mixer Face Cream Homogenizing Emulsifier Body Lotion Machine Cosmetic Mixer

The High Speed Emulsifying Homogenizer Mixer is used to mix, heat, homogenize and degas emulsions for products such as face creams, body lotions, other cosmetics, and certain food or chemical preparations.

Standard barrel volumes range from 200 to 500 liters. Custom volumes may be available—contact the supplier for specific sizing.

The machine is rated at 18.65 kW. Standard voltage options are 220V and 380V, and customized voltage configurations can be provided on request.

The spindle speed range is 1 to 65 r.p.m. and is adjustable to suit different mixing and homogenizing requirements.

Yes — the high-speed emulsifying and homogenizing capability is designed to produce smooth textures and stable emulsions with fine droplet dispersion suitable for creams and lotions.

Yes. The unit includes integrated heating and vacuum capabilities for efficient heating, emulsification and removal of air/foaming during processing.

Yes. The machine is specified for cosmetic and food product types. Hygienic construction or sanitary material options are typically available—confirm specifics with the supplier.

For best results allow headspace for mixing and vacuum action—typically 60–80% of the vessel volume is recommended, depending on the formulation and process.

The mixer is designed for long service life and ease of maintenance. Cleaning procedures depend on options (manual cleaning, CIP systems). CIP or sanitary finishes can usually be supplied as options—ask your vendor.

The machine weighs around 1500 kg, so a suitable floor with load-bearing capacity, forklift/crane for placement, and proper utility connections (power, steam/electric heating, vacuum) are required. Anchoring and leveling as per supplier instructions are recommended.

Yes, it handles a wide range of viscosities typical for cosmetic creams and lotions. Very high-viscosity materials may require pre-mixing or specific homogenizing heads—consult the supplier for complex formulations.

Yes. Spare parts and after-sales service are available; warranty terms and service contracts vary by supplier and should be confirmed at purchase.

Yes. Common customizations include different vessel sizes, sanitary stainless-steel finishes, CIP systems, control panel options, specific heating arrangements, and tailored homogenizing heads. Discuss your requirements with the manufacturer.

Standard industrial safety features are incorporated or can be provided, such as protective guards, interlocks and emergency stop functionality. Exact safety features depend on the machine configuration—verify with the supplier.

Performance depends on recipe, batch size and process parameters. Suppliers typically offer technical support, pilot trials, or lab tests to demonstrate throughput, droplet size and emulsion stability for your specific formulation.
