High Speed 8 Colors Flexographic Printing Machine PLC Control Flexo Printing Machine for Label Paper Film

The machine is suitable for printing on paper, various films, and aluminum substrates. It also supports labels, cards, tubes, cloths, plastic bags, non-woven bags and paper bags.

The maximum printing width is 320 mm and the maximum printing length (repeat) is 380 mm as specified.

The machine operates at high speed with a range of 120–200 meters per minute, depending on substrate, ink and job settings.

This model supports up to 8 printing colors. The product specification also supports configurations in the 6–10 unit color range, so color stations can be customized based on your requirements.

It uses an LED UV dryer (LED UV curing). Use UV-curable inks formulated for LED UV systems; always confirm ink compatibility with your substrates and the machine supplier.

The machine is fitted with ceramic anilox rollers and a BST web guide system for accurate lateral web control.

The specified voltage is 380 V (three-phase). Exact electrical, grounding and local code requirements should be confirmed with your electrical engineer and the supplier before installation.

Yes, the machine features PLC control for automated operation. It offers automated functions for production efficiency and repeatable settings; customization of control options is available.

Machine dimensions are 2500 mm (L) x 1700 mm (W) x 2600 mm (H) and the weight is approximately 2500 kg. Ensure adequate floor space, access and lifting arrangements for delivery and installation.

The machine uses a Panasonic inverter. The inverter controls motor speeds (web drive, registration, etc.) to ensure stable and accurate web transport and speed changes.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning anilox rollers and doctor blades, checking web guides and rollers, LED lamp maintenance, lubrication of moving parts, and periodic replacement of wear parts (aniloxes, doctor blades, bearings). Use recommended inks and cleaning fluids to extend component life.

Installation, start-up and operator training are typically offered by the supplier—please ask your vendor about included services, on-site commissioning, remote support and any additional service packages.

The machine is designed for high-speed flexo label and film production with good color registration thanks to PLC control, BST web guide and precise drive systems. Actual print quality depends on plate quality, anilox specification, ink formulation and operator setup.

The base unit supports customization. Optional modules such as laminators, dryers, corona treaters, slitting or die-cutting can often be integrated—contact the supplier with your specific application requirements for available options.

Warranty terms and spare-part availability vary by supplier. Ask the vendor for specific warranty coverage, local spare-parts inventory, lead times and recommended spare parts kits to minimize downtime.
