High Power EMS Training Electrical Muscle Stimulator Vertical Body Massager Machine

The VP-CMH9 is a standing, professional-grade body shaping device that uses electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and related technologies to help with muscle building, fat reduction, skin firming, and overall body sculpting. It features a four-handle design to treat multiple body areas including legs, arms, neck, throat, body, and face.

Each of the four specialized handles is designed to apply EMS stimulation to target areas. They can be positioned to treat legs, arms, abdomen, neck/throat, and facial regions. Handles provide flexible placement so you can target stubborn fat pockets and specific muscle groups for toning and firming.

The VP-CMH9 is constructed from durable ABS and stainless steel for professional-grade performance, and its standing design makes it suitable for both professional clinics and trained home users. Always follow the user manual and training recommendations for safe operation.

Session lengths and frequencies vary by treatment goals and the protocol used. Typical EMS sessions range from 15 to 40 minutes. Many users see best results with multiple sessions per week (for example 2–5 sessions weekly). Follow the device manual or a clinician’s guidance for the optimal program and progression.

Results vary depending on the individual's body composition, lifestyle, and treatment consistency. Some users notice immediate muscle activation or temporary tightening, while meaningful fat reduction and contouring commonly require several weeks of regular sessions combined with proper diet and exercise.

Most people experience a tingling or contracting sensation as the EMS stimulates muscle contractions. Intensity is adjustable; start at a low level and increase to a comfortable but effective intensity. Stop use or lower intensity if you feel pain or significant discomfort.
