This is a ball screw-driven nesting CNC router machine. With an ATC spindle and two carousel tool magazines, it can complete many sophisticated processes by changing tools automatically. This not only improves work efficiency but also saves labor costs. It is widely used in cutting and engraving various wooden boards for panel furniture making.

1. All 3 axes adopt the ball screw transmission mode, which ensures excellent precision and high speed.

2. With two carousel tool magazines, it can realize complete processes by changing tools automatically, and reduce non-production time.

3. The guide bar and positioning cylinder facilitate the positioning of the plate.

4. Vacuum worktable is divided into 6 zones, with strong absorption ability.

The ATC CNC Router machine comes standard with a high frequency automatic tool changer spIndle. This preclslon spIndle requires no maintenance, uses industry standard ER collets and ISO 30 tool holders,Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 24000 RPM, and comes complete with pneumatically retractable vacuum hood.
