Products Description
PE HOLLOW WALL WINDING PIPE EXTRUSION LINE.
Our company Xinrong is the first company which introduce PE hollow wall winding pipe machine in China. And we are also one of the drafters who developed Chinese standard of PE hollow wall winding pipe. After continuous innovating, now our machine has absolute advantage in quality and line speed. Whole system are integrated with Siemens PLC control and synchronization function. Hollow wall winding pipe is mainly used for sewage system, same as double wall corrugated pipe. Compared with double wall corrugated pipe, it have advantages of low machine investment cost and larger pipe diameter. Our PE hollow winding pipe extrusion line can process several kinds of material, including HDPE, PP, etc, size from minimum 200mm to 3200mm with single layer or multi-layer. Changing some parts can produce different shape of pipe or profile to form different kinds of spiral pipe.

Extrusion die head apply spiral structure, each material flow channel is placed evenly. Each channel is after heat treatment and mirror polishing to ensure material flow smoothly. Die head structure is compact and also provide stable pressure, always from 19 to 20Mpa. Under this pressure, pipe quality is good and very little effect on the output capacity. Can produce single layer or multi-layer pipe. According to line speed difference, we provide different design of die head.

Vacuum tank is used to shape and cool pipe, so as to reach standard pipe size. We use double-chamber structure. First chamber is in short length, with pipe soak into water to ensure very strong cooling and vacuum function. As calibrator is placed in the front of first chamber and pipe shape is formed mainly by calibrator, this design can ensure quick and better forming and cooling of pipe.

Haul off unit provides sufficient traction force to pull square pipe into the winding machine. Usually, haul off unit is for big square pipe, not necessary for small square pipe.
