Hand Held Bitumen Spraying Machine for Cold Emulsion Asphalt Spray Paint Machine with 200 Liter Barrel

It is designed for easy application of cold emulsion asphalt for road construction, pavement sealing, parking lot maintenance and other small to medium asphalt spray applications.

The machine is powered by a Honda GX160 engine and the power output is 4 kW. (The GX160 is a reliable gasoline engine; diesel options may be available from some suppliers—check when ordering.)

The unit includes a 200-liter barrel and a distributing capacity (flow) of 18 L/min.

Overall size is 1300 × 660 × 910 mm and the machine weight is approximately 75 kg.

No. This machine is intended for cold emulsion asphalt and asphalt spray paints. It is not designed for hot bitumen or materials that require heated tanks.

The machine is intended for cold emulsion asphalt and compatible asphalt spray paints and sealants. Always confirm material compatibility with the supplier and the emulsion manufacturer's recommendations before use.

The unit uses a hand-push moving method. Start the Honda GX160 engine via its normal starting procedure (recoil start). Prime the pump if required, set the pressure/flow controls, then operate the handheld spray gun while walking the unit along the work area. Follow the engine and pump operating manuals for details.

Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection, high-visibility clothing, respiratory protection if necessary). Keep the machine away from open flames and sparks, ensure adequate ventilation, avoid skin contact with emulsions, and follow safe lifting and transport practices. Always follow material safety data sheets (MSDS) for the products used.

Flush the pump, lines and spray gun with clean water (or a recommended cleaner for the emulsion used) immediately after use to prevent clogging. Regularly inspect and clean filters, nozzles and pump seals. Perform routine engine maintenance per the Honda GX160 manual (oil changes, air filter, spark plug).

Common spare parts include spray nozzles, hoses, gun assemblies, pump seals, filters and standard engine parts (air filters, spark plugs, oil). Some suppliers offer optional nozzle sets or spray tips for different spray patterns.

Coverage depends on spray thickness, surface porosity and overlap. Because these variables vary widely, perform a test spray on a representative area or consult the emulsion manufacturer/supplier for estimated coverage rates for your specific application.

Yes. The compact size and hand-push design make it easy to move on site and store. For transport, secure the barrel and drain or secure any residual liquid to prevent spills. Store in a dry, sheltered place and protect the engine from moisture.

The machine is well suited to small and medium-sized projects and maintenance/repair tasks. For very large continuous paving projects, higher-capacity or vehicle-mounted systems may be more efficient.

Warranty terms and service support vary by seller and region. The Honda engine carries its own manufacturer warranty; for machine-specific warranty and service, contact the supplier or dealer for details.

Contact the machine supplier or dealer from whom you purchased the unit. They can provide technical support, replacement parts, and recommended maintenance procedures. For engine-specific issues, authorized Honda service centers can assist.
