GS400 Electric Walk-Behind Scrubber Floor Cleaning Machine Hotel Industrial Workshop

The GS400 is an electric walk-behind scrubber designed for fast, efficient floor cleaning in hotels, industrial workshops, schools, shopping centers and homes. It's ideal for sealed hard floors such as tile, vinyl, sealed concrete and stone.

The GS400 is an electric-powered (mains) machine. It is offered for use with 110V or 220V mains supply—select the correct voltage model or plug/adaptor for your region.

Key specs: power 900W, brush motor 400W, sucker motor 500W, clean width 400 mm, suction width 600 mm, clean water tank 30 L, cleaning efficiency up to 1,800 m²/h, dimensions 910×510×720 mm, weight 80 kg, noise level ≤60 dB.

Fill the clean water tank (and add a mild detergent if appropriate), lower the brush and squeegee, plug into the correct mains supply, switch on the brush and suction motors, then walk the machine forward at a steady speed. When finished, turn off, empty and rinse tanks.

The GS400 is designed for cold (tap) water cleaning. Use mild, non-foaming floor detergents recommended for scrubbers. Avoid strong acids, solvents or excessive foam-producing detergents which can damage components or reduce suction performance.

Do not use the GS400 on unsealed wood, untreated floors, loose-lay carpets, or delicate surfaces that are not water-safe. Always test a small area first if unsure.

After each use: empty and rinse clean and recovery tanks, remove and rinse the brush, clean the squeegee and vacuum hose, check and clean filters, and wipe down exterior surfaces. Store with the handle folded and components dry.

Replacement depends on usage and floor type. Inspect frequently; replace the squeegee when you see streaking or uneven contact. Brushes should be replaced when bristles are worn or misshapen—typically every few months for heavy use.

Check that the recovery tank and filters are clean, the squeegee is intact and properly aligned, vacuum hose is not blocked, and the suction motor is running. Worn squeegee blades or incorrect detergent can cause streaking.

No — the GS400 operates at a low noise level of ≤ 60 dB, making it suitable for use in noise-sensitive environments like hotels and schools.

The machine weighs 80 kg, so use two people or appropriate equipment to lift/transport. It features a foldable handle for compact storage and easier transport in service vehicles.

Common spare parts and accessories such as replacement brushes, squeegee blades, filters and hoses are typically available. Check with your supplier for compatible parts and part numbers.

Always unplug the machine before servicing, avoid using on uneven or sloped surfaces where control could be lost, keep hands and clothing away from rotating parts, and do not immerse the machine in water. Use appropriate PPE when handling chemicals.

Under normal operating conditions the GS400 can achieve up to about 1,800 m² per hour. Actual coverage depends on operator speed, floor condition, and cleaning settings.
