GP-480-5C 5-Color Flexographic Printing Machine for Label Self-Adhesive Paper

The GP-480-5C is designed primarily for self-adhesive label paper but is also suitable for various paper substrates used for labels, bills, stickers and some packaging papers. For specific paper weights, coatings or specialty stocks, confirm compatibility with the supplier.

The machine supports a print dimension of 480 mm (nominal maximum print width).

Maximum linear speed is up to 60 meters per minute. Actual productive speed can vary with substrate, ink type, print coverage and job complexity.

The GP-480-5C is a 5-color flexographic press, allowing process or spot color combinations (for example CMYK plus a spot color or varnish). Pre-press color separation and plate setup determine the final color workflow.

Yes. It offers both automatic and semi-automatic operation modes to accommodate different production needs and operator preferences.

Machine dimensions are approximately 3100 mm (L) × 1400 mm (W) × 2800 mm (H) and its weight is about 4000 kg. Allow additional working space for roll handling and maintenance.

Standard electrical specification is 380 V, 3-phase (3PH). Verify local electrical compatibility and site power provisioning with the vendor or installer.

At the maximum rated speed of 60 m/min, the theoretical output is 3,600 meters per hour of printed web. Actual throughput will depend on job changeover times, web lengths, and stoppages.

Common consumables include flexo plates, inks, anilox rollers, doctor blades, wipers, adhesives and spare rollers/bearings. It’s advisable to stock critical consumables and genuine spare parts recommended by the manufacturer.

The press is built for multi-color registration control typical of flexo equipment. Achieving optimal registration and color consistency requires proper plate mounting, anilox selection, ink control and operator setup. Discuss available registration aids or inline controls with the supplier.

Routine maintenance includes daily cleaning of ink systems and rollers, periodic lubrication, inspection and replacement of wear parts (doctor blades, seals, belts), and scheduled checks of motors and controls. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and service recommendations.

Many manufacturers and sellers offer installation and operator training packages. Availability and scope vary—confirm with the vendor whether training, setup assistance and commissioning are included or available at extra cost.

The product description doesn’t list specific safety certifications. Industrial presses typically include safety guards, emergency stops and electrical protective devices; request details on safety features and any applicable CE, UL or local certifications from the supplier.

Supply ability is listed as 20 pieces per week. Actual lead time depends on order size, customization and shipping; contact the seller for current lead times and delivery scheduling.

Warranty terms and after-sales support (spare parts, service contracts, remote support) vary by manufacturer/supplier. Ask the vendor for their standard warranty, service level agreements and options for extended support before purchase.
