The system combines an RFRL50 weaving loom with a Goodfore double Jacquard system, providing precise pattern control and efficient production of detailed woven designs.

The loom features a 190 cm machine width, an 8-colour weft accumulator from IRO Star G2 by Sweden, and a variable operating speed of approximately 480–550 RPM. A 7.5 kW main motor and 400V power supply provide the power required for continuous industrial operation.

The integrated Chinese Goodfore double Jacquard system with 2,688 hooks enables the production of complex patterns, logos, lettering, and multi-colour designs. With a repeat size of 20 cm with 8 repeats and a warp beam size of 800 mm, this machine is suitable for manufacturers requiring high-volume, consistent woven label production.
