Good Juice Milk Aseptic Brick Shape Carton Filling and Sealing Machine PLC+ Touch Screen 3000-5000boxes/hr

The machine fills and seals at a high speed of 3,000–5,000 boxes per hour, depending on carton size, product characteristics and line configuration.

It is designed primarily for aseptic brick-shaped cartons and boxes for beverages such as milk and juice. The machine is also compatible with various packaging types (bottles, pouches, cartons, boxes) with appropriate tooling and changeover.

The filling accuracy is specified at 99.9%, ensuring consistent fill volumes when the machine is correctly set up and maintained.

The machine is controlled by a PLC with a touch-screen HMI for automatic operation, recipe management and easy parameter adjustments.

The machine supports common industrial voltages of 380V or 220V. Exact power consumption depends on configuration; please request the detailed electrical datasheet for your model.

The machine uses a combination of pneumatic and electric drives to operate the filling, sealing and handling systems.

Approximate single package size is 200 x 100 x 300 cm. Machine weight is listed at approximately 2,500 kg. Single gross weight shown is 2,000 kg in some documents; confirm final shipping weights with the supplier as they may vary by configuration and packaging.

Yes — it is designed for aseptic filling of milk and juice into sterile brick cartons. Asepsis is achieved through hygienic machine design and integration with downstream/upstream sterile processes; specific sterilization methods (e.g., hydrogen peroxide, steam, UHT upstream) and CIP/SIP options should be confirmed with the manufacturer for your production line.

The machine is constructed using food-grade materials and hygienic design practices. For exact stainless-steel grades (e.g., SS304 or SS316) and surface finishes used on product-contact parts, please request the technical/materials specification.

The listed services include video technical support and online support. On-site installation, commissioning and operator training may be available depending on the supplier and purchase agreement — confirm with the vendor when ordering.

The machine offers changeover capability; actual changeover time depends on the number of size adjustments and whether quick-change tooling is used. Typical changeovers range from a few minutes to around 30 minutes. Ask the supplier about quick-change options if frequent changeovers are required.

Routine maintenance includes regular cleaning of product-contact parts, checking and replacing wear items (seals, gaskets, filters), lubrication of moving parts, and inspection of pneumatic/electric systems. The exact maintenance schedule depends on operating hours and product characteristics; request the maintenance manual for recommended intervals.

Yes — the supplier provides online and video technical support. Spare parts availability depends on the supplier; it’s recommended to order a spare-parts kit for critical consumables and confirm lead times for replacement parts.

Specific certifications (e.g., CE, ISO) and compliance with food-safety standards are model-dependent. Please request the certificate pack and quality documentation from the manufacturer for the exact machine you intend to buy.

Yes — many configurations and customizations are typically available to match required throughput, carton sizes and integration with upstream/downstream equipment. Contact the supplier with your detailed requirements to receive available options and a quotation.
