Gas Semi Automatic Professional French Fries Fryer Machine Large Capacity Commercial Deep Fryer

The product name says 'Gas' but the listed specifications show Power Source: Electric and Voltage: 380V/50Hz. Please confirm with the seller which model you are buying (gas-fired or electric/heating-element version) before purchase.

Overall dimensions are 1660 × 1420 × 1270 mm (L × W × H) and the unit weight is 660 kg.

The fryer supports a wide temperature range from 0 to 300°C. Typical deep-frying temperatures are usually between 160–190°C.

The fryer is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, which is food-grade, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for commercial kitchen use.

Semi-automatic generally means some functions (temperature control, heating) are automated while the operator still loads/unloads product, starts/stops cycles or triggers basket movements. Exact semi-automatic features vary by model — check the specification sheet or manual.

The optional mixing system provides automatic agitation of product in the fryer so items cook evenly and don’t clump together — particularly useful for batch frying French fries or small snacks to ensure uniform color and texture.

This listing states 'large capacity' but does not specify oil volume or basket capacity. Contact the supplier for exact oil capacity, basket sizes and per-hour throughput to ensure it meets your production needs.

Physically it may be large and heavy (660 kg, sizeable footprint). Verify the actual model weight/dimensions and fuel/electrical requirements; many food trucks cannot accommodate this size or 380V three-phase electric supply. Gas versions may be easier for mobile use but still require secure mounting, ventilation and gas fittings.

If electric: a 380V/50Hz (likely three-phase) supply and a qualified electrician for hookup. If gas: proper gas line, regulator and certified gas fitter. In all cases ensure adequate ventilation, a proper drain/grease disposal and secure, level mounting — professional installation is recommended.

Allow the unit to cool, drain and filter or discard oil according to regulations, then clean interior and exterior with mild detergent and non-abrasive tools. Use approved cleaners for stainless steel, avoid harsh abrasives, and inspect/replace gaskets, filters and heating elements or burners as recommended in the user manual. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.

Typical safety items include thermostatic temperature control, over-temperature protection, emergency shut-off and proper guards. The listing doesn’t detail all safety features — confirm with the manufacturer. Always install appropriate ventilation, fire suppression, and follow local codes for commercial fryers.

Designed for French fries, it’s also suitable for chicken nuggets, battered/fried snacks, and similar high-volume fried products commonly served in restaurants, fast-food outlets and catering operations.

The listing doesn’t specify, so ask the seller/manufacturer about availability of spare parts (elements, burners, baskets, thermostats) and local service or authorized technicians for maintenance and repairs.

Warranty terms and safety/certification documents (CE, UL, etc.) are not included in the description. Request warranty details, user manuals and any relevant certifications from the seller before purchase to ensure regulatory compliance and after-sales support.
