Yes. The high power, large oil capacity and double-basket design make it ideal for restaurants, food trucks, caterers and bakeries handling moderate to high-volume frying.

Have a licensed gas technician install and connect the fryer. Ensure adequate ventilation and clearance per local codes, a level and heat-resistant surface, appropriate gas line sizing and proper flue/exhaust arrangements.

Regular tasks include filtering or replacing oil as recommended, draining and cleaning the tank, wiping exterior stainless surfaces with non-abrasive cleaners, descaling or degreasing build-up, checking burners and ignition, and scheduling periodic professional servicing.

Operate only in properly ventilated commercial kitchens, keep flammable materials away, do not overfill the oil (observe min/max marks), avoid water contact with hot oil, shut off gas before deep cleaning, and train staff on safe handling and PPE.

Warranty terms and certifications (CE, UL, local gas approvals, etc.) are not specified here. Ask the seller or manufacturer for warranty details and to provide applicable safety and compliance certificates before purchase.

The product description does not explicitly state the gas type. Many commercial fryers are configurable for natural gas or LPG—confirm with the vendor which gas type or conversion options are provided and have installation performed by a qualified technician.

Capacity depends on the food type and portion sizes. The 22 L oil volume and two baskets let you run two substantial batches concurrently, but avoid overcrowding baskets to maintain oil temperature and ensure even cooking.

Ask your supplier about availability of spare parts (baskets, thermostats, burners, valves) and authorized service centers. Keep the model name and serial number handy for parts ordering and service requests.

Preheat the oil to the target temperature, dry food before frying to reduce splatter, avoid overcrowding baskets, filter oil daily and change regularly, and use the thermostat to maintain consistent temperature for even results.
