1. High-quality purification electrode

The smoke and dust collection plate is formed by stamping and forming with a 0.8mm thick aviation aluminum mold (most of them are 0.5~0.6mm thick on the market). It is designed with stepped concave-convex forming, which has a better collection and purification effect and also increases the strength of the collection plate and is not easy to be deformed. , More anti-oxidation, longer service life.

Ⅱ.Negative high voltage voltage range: high voltage ionization end is -12kv ~ -18kv; low pressure purification collection end is: -4kv ~ -6kv.

 

3. Working principle

Adopting the dual purification structure of "mechanical + static electricity", after the larger particles of dust and oil fume particles are processed by the primary filter cotton, the unfiltered fine particles of oil fume enter the electrostatic electrode to be purified and adsorbed to achieve high-efficiency purification effect. Reduce the frequency of cleaning electrodes.

The working principle of electrostatic purification: Coulomb's law, the force between two static points in a vacuum is proportional to the amount of charge they carry, and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. The direction of the force is along the distance between them. Connected, the same-sex charge is the repulsive force, and the opposite-sex charge is the gravitational force. According to Coulomb's law: to make small particles (oil particles) have Coulomb force, the oil particles need to be polarized or charged; Under the action, it is driven to the pole plate to achieve the purpose of collection.
