FY-BS3000C Semi-Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer Laboratory Equipment Colour Touch Clinical Analytical Instruments

The FY-BS3000C is a semi-automatic clinical biochemistry analyzer manufactured by Fuyou. It is a Class II biochemical analysis system with a quartz flow-through reading cuvette and an advanced colour touch screen for intuitive operation.

Key features include semi-automatic operation for ease of use, a quartz flow-through cell for optical measurements, an advanced colour touch screen user interface, compact footprint for easy placement, and service-free spare parts designed to simplify maintenance.

The analyzer is suitable for routine clinical biochemical samples such as serum and plasma. It may also be used for other biological fluids (for example urine) depending on the assay; consult assay instructions and the user manual for compatibility.

The analyzer is intended for routine biochemical tests commonly used in clinical laboratories. Specific assays supported depend on reagents and protocols you adopt; contact the supplier or refer to the product manual for a list of validated tests and reagent compatibility.

It is a semi-automatic analyzer. Some steps (for example sample and reagent loading or manual pipetting) are performed by the operator while the instrument performs timed incubations and optical readings.

Single package dimensions are 54 x 48 x 30 cm and the gross weight is approximately 35.0 kg.

The FY-BS3000C uses a quartz flow-through cell (reading cuvette) for its optical measurements.

Routine maintenance includes regular cleaning of sample/reagent areas, following daily/weekly calibration and QC checks, and replacing consumables as needed. 'Service-free spare parts' indicates that some spare components are designed to be user-replaceable and require minimal or no factory servicing; follow the manual for replacement procedures.

Calibration and QC procedures are assay-dependent. The instrument supports standard calibration routines and QC checks — consult the user manual for step-by-step instructions and recommended control materials. Use certified calibrators and controls for reliable results.

The analyzer requires appropriate biochemical reagents (kits), calibrators, and control materials for each assay. Consumables may include sample tubes, pipette tips (if applicable), and any external reaction vessels used in semi-automatic workflows. Verify reagent compatibility with the supplier or manual.

The product description highlights a colour touch screen but does not detail connectivity. For information about data ports (USB, RS232, Ethernet) or LIS/HIS integration, consult the technical manual or contact the manufacturer/supplier.

Power specifications and installation requirements are not listed in the provided summary. Refer to the instrument’s technical datasheet or user manual, or ask the supplier for voltage, frequency, and environmental conditions required for safe installation and operation.

Training availability varies by vendor. Many suppliers offer on-site or remote training and user support. Contact your Fuyou distributor or supplier to arrange training and demonstrations.

Warranty terms and after-sales service depend on the supplier and region. The product listing does not specify warranty details; contact the seller or Fuyou representative for information on warranty length, coverage, and service options.

Order parts and request service through the authorized Fuyou distributor or the point of sale. For part numbers, consumable lists, and service requests, provide the model number FY-BS3000C and your site details to the supplier for prompt assistance.
