Product Description

The Olive Pomace Charcoal Briquette Production Line is a complete industrial solution designed to convert olive pomace and other biomass waste materials into high-quality charcoal briquettes. With a production capacity of up to 1,000kg per day, this fully integrated line combines drying, carbonization, crushing, mixing, briquetting, drying, and packaging into one efficient production process.

The production line begins with a rotary drum dryer that reduces raw material moisture before feeding the material into a continuous carbonization furnace. Through a controlled oxygen-free carbonization process, the material is converted into high-quality charcoal while maximizing carbon yield and minimizing losses.

After carbonization, the charcoal is processed through a stainless-steel dust-free grinding system equipped with pulse dust collection technology, ensuring a cleaner and safer working environment. The charcoal powder is then mixed with water and binders to improve adhesion before being compressed into briquettes using a hydraulic charcoal ball press machine.

The hydraulic briquetting system produces dense, uniform briquettes with excellent durability and transportability. The finished briquettes are then dried using a belt mesh dryer and prepared for packaging through an automatic bagging system.
