The machine automatically produces non-woven shopping bags at high speed and is designed for businesses in the packaging, retail, grocery and promotional industries that need reliable, high-volume bag production.

It is designed for shopping bags made from non-woven fabric. The machine handles standard non-woven materials used for eco-friendly shopping bags; for specific fabric weights (GSM) and blends, please consult the supplier to confirm compatibility.

Maximum speed is 120 pieces per minute (theoretical maximum), which equals up to 7,200 pieces per hour under continuous operation—actual output will depend on bag size, material and operator workflow.

Voltage options are 380V or 220V. Phase and frequency depend on regional requirements—confirm with the supplier so the machine is configured correctly for your site.

Machine dimensions are 12.5 m (L) × 2.3 m (W) × 2 m (H). Allow additional space for material feeding, operator access, maintenance and safety clearance when planning installation.

The machine is fully automatic for easy operation. Typically 1–2 operators are sufficient to feed material, monitor production and handle finished bags, though this may vary by workflow.
