Hydraulic cutting device

Material of blade Gr13 mov,heat treatment 60-62HRC It is controlled by grear wheel oil pump.After filling the hydraulic oil into thehydraulic oil tank,the pumps drive the cutter machine to begin the cutting job.

PLC control system

There are two operation modes: manual and automatic. It has manual and automatic switching functions: in manual mode, it can operate a single machine, which is convenient for debugging and maintenance; in automatic mode, it can operate the entire line and start in sequence; the entire line is equipped with emergency stop buttons, which is easy to handle emergencies and ensure the safety of equipment and operators.
