Fully Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer – TC6090 Model

The TC6090 is a fully automatic biochemistry analyzer from Tecom designed for clinical and research laboratories. It provides automated biochemical testing with a high throughput and is classified as a Class II medical device.

The TC6090 can process up to 400 tests per hour, making it suitable for high-volume laboratory environments.

The analyzer is compact, with the listed dimensions approximately 95 x 71 x 118 cm. Exact installation footprint and recommended clearance should be confirmed with the supplier or installation guide.

The TC6090 is typically used for serum and plasma samples. Compatibility with other sample types (e.g., urine) depends on the specific assays and reagent protocols—check the assay instructions or vendor documentation.

The system is designed for a wide variety of routine clinical chemistry assays, including metabolic panels, liver and kidney function tests, lipids, glucose, and enzymatic assays. Confirm availability of specific assays and reagent kits with Tecom or your distributor.

Yes — the TC6090 offers fully automatic operation which minimizes manual intervention. Many systems of this class support random access and STAT priority samples; verify STAT handling capabilities with the vendor.

Typical consumables include liquid reagents, calibrators, quality control materials, and disposable cuvettes or reaction vessels. The TC6090 is optimized for Tecom reagents but may accept compatible third-party reagents—confirm compatibility with the supplier.

The TC6090 supports calibration and built-in QC workflows to ensure accuracy and reproducibility. Calibration schedules and QC protocols are configurable; follow manufacturer recommendations and laboratory regulatory requirements.

The analyzer typically supports data export and integration with laboratory information systems (LIS) via common interfaces (e.g., Ethernet, USB, or serial). Confirm the exact communication ports and supported protocols with Tecom or your distributor.

Power and environmental specifications (voltage, frequency, temperature and humidity ranges) are provided in the product technical manual. Contact the vendor for exact requirements to ensure proper installation.

Routine maintenance includes daily cleaning cycles, reagent and waste management, periodic replacement of consumables (e.g., cuvettes), and preventive maintenance per the service schedule. Major service or repairs should be performed by authorized technicians.

Yes — the TC6090 is supplied with instrument control software that includes result management, reporting, and QC modules. Features such as sample ID/barcode support and customizable reports vary by configuration; request a software feature list from the vendor.

The TC6090 is described as a Class II medical device, indicating it meets applicable clinical safety and performance standards. Specific certifications and regulatory approvals (CE, FDA clearance, local approvals) depend on region—verify current certifications with Tecom or the distributor.

Many suppliers include on-site installation, user training, and a manufacturer's warranty as part of the sales package, but terms vary. Confirm details on installation services, training, warranty duration, and service contracts with your vendor.

Contact Tecom or an authorized distributor for technical support, original spare parts, and validated reagents. They can also provide product documentation, validation protocols, and recommended QC materials.
