The DCS-Z-W-50 Semi-Automatic Granular Packing Machine is designed for accurately weighing, filling and packaging granular materials and suitable powders into open-mouth bags. It is ideal for fertilizer packaging operations, with a packing capacity of 10 kg or 25 kg per bag and a production speed of approximately 200–300 bags per hour, depending on the material characteristics.

The machine features a gravity-feeding system and a three-speed feeding mechanism that combines rapid filling, medium-speed transition and slow, fine filling to balance packaging efficiency with weighing accuracy. Its three-sensor suspended weighing mechanism supports a specified packaging accuracy of ±0.2%.

The system includes a 0.5 m³ hopper, a bag conveyor and an automatic sewing machine for bag closure. The sewing unit supports automatic stitching and thread cutting, with broken-needle and broken-thread detection alarms. A touch-screen-compatible control system allows operators to adjust settings and store up to 20 weighing recipes for different packaging requirements.
