Fully Automatic Adhesive Tape Case Sealers Machine Intellect with Auto Folding

It is a fully automatic carton sealer that streamlines packaging by automatically folding carton flaps and sealing cartons using heat-sealing technology. It is designed for production lines and warehouse use, with particular suitability for the beverage and food industries.

The machine uses heat-sealing technology to create strong, secure seals. It automatically folds the carton flaps and applies the heat seal to close the top and/or bottom of the carton.

The machine accommodates cartons with dimensions from a minimum of 260 x 30 mm up to a maximum of 800 x 600 mm. It is adjustable to fit different carton sizes within that range.

The unit is electric, rated for 220 V and consumes 400 W of power. Ensure your facility power supply matches these requirements.

The machine dimensions are 1400 x 600 x 1500 mm and it weighs approximately 150 kg. The work table height is 800 mm.

The primary sealing method is heat sealing (suitable for heat-activated adhesive tapes). The specifications also list PP band parameters (width 9–16 mm, core diameter 200 mm); if you plan to use PP banding or non-heat adhesives, confirm compatibility with the supplier.

Auto Folding refers to the machine's ability to automatically fold carton flaps (typically top flaps) into position before sealing, eliminating the need for manual flap folding and improving throughput consistency.

Yes. The machine operates fully automatically for flap folding and heat sealing, requiring minimal operator intervention for loading cartons and monitoring.

It is ideal for beverage cartons and is also suitable for food products, retail packaging, manufacturing, distribution centers, and general warehouse packaging operations.

The machine is designed for easy operation with straightforward adjustments for carton sizes. Maintenance is described as simple—regular cleaning, inspection of heating elements and moving parts, and replacement of wear items will keep it running reliably. Refer to the user manual for specific maintenance schedules.

The product description emphasizes robust design and reliable operation. Standard safety features for machines of this type typically include emergency stop and guarded moving parts. For exact safety features and certifications, verify details with the supplier or check the user manual.

The machine has adjustable settings to accommodate different carton widths and heights within the stated minimum and maximum dimensions. Adjustments are typically mechanical or via simple controls; consult the operation manual or your supplier for step-by-step instructions.
