Freesub 3d Sublimation Vacuum Heat Press Machine Phone Mobile case Cover Printing Machine St-3042

The ST-3042 is a semi-automatic 3D vacuum sublimation heat press designed primarily for printing phone cases and other small items (e.g., mugs, plates). It uses vacuum technology to ensure even contact and high-quality wraps for multicolor dye-sublimation transfers.

The machine is built for phone/mobile cases and supports other small items such as sublimation-ready mugs and plates. Compatibility depends on having sublimation-friendly blanks (polymer-coated or polyester-coated substrates).

3D vacuum sublimation means the machine uses a vacuum to tightly conform the transfer paper and silicone pad to the 3D shape of the item while heat and pressure transfer dye to the substrate. Benefits include full-wrap, edge-to-edge prints, consistent contact on curved surfaces, and reduced ghosting or white spots.

Compatible materials are sublimation-ready substrates: hard plastic and polymer phone cases with a sublimation coating, polyester-coated mugs, and other specially coated items. It is not suitable for untreated wood, bare metal, or dark/uncoated plastics that do not accept dye-sublimation.

The ST-3042 supports both 220V and 110V configurations. Confirm the model/variant you order matches your local mains voltage and ensure proper grounding and electrical setup.

The specified footprint is 297 × 380 mm and the machine weighs approximately 25 kg. Verify shipping dimensions with the seller if you need exact crate/box sizes for transport.

Semi-automatic means some steps are automated (the vacuum forming and heat cycle) while loading/unloading, positioning of the transfer, and certain adjustments are done manually. This offers a balance between control and ease-of-use for small-to-medium production runs.

You will need a sublimation printer (eco-solvent or dye-sublimation compatible), sublimation inks, sublimation paper, heat-resistant tape, blanks (sublimation-coated phone cases/mugs), and optionally silicone pads or molds for specific shapes. A heat-resistant glove and finishing tools are also recommended.

Exact settings depend on the substrate, silicone pad, and transfer system. Typical starting points for case/mug sublimation are roughly 180–200°C (356–392°F) for 60–120 seconds, but you should run tests and follow the blank manufacturer's recommendations and the press manual.

Accessory inclusion varies by seller/package. Some kits include basic molds or silicone pads; others sell mug or specialty attachments separately. Check the product listing or ask the vendor which accessories are included with your purchase.

Throughput depends on cycle time, pre- and post-processing, and operator speed. For single phone cases, typical cycle times often range from a few minutes per item; overall hourly output will vary. For accurate estimates, test with your specific setup and workflow.

Regular maintenance includes keeping the heating platen and silicone pads clean, inspecting and replacing vacuum seals as needed, servicing the vacuum pump per manufacturer guidance, and checking electrical connections. Follow the operator manual for scheduled maintenance tasks.

Observe standard heat-press safety: avoid contact with hot surfaces, use heat-resistant gloves, ensure proper ventilation, keep the work area clear, and make sure the machine is properly grounded. Turn off and cool the machine before servicing internal components.

Warranty and support terms vary by supplier. The product notes that engineers are available to service machinery overseas—contact the seller for warranty length, included support, parts availability, and any training options.

Most sellers include an operator manual and may offer remote setup help or training. Because offerings differ, confirm with the vendor whether printed manuals, video guides, or on-site/remote training are included or available for purchase.
